Hot room a/c wouldn’t cool
Sink was gross and did not drain had standing water
Carpet was old and weathered look like it was from the 70s And smell mildewy
Half the lights in the room are burned out
Just gross

Excellent stay here!! Denise was wonderful checking us in and was able to help us find the perfect room although we booked third party. Pro tip: Bring ear plugs! There is music until 2am. The bartenders were great, Staci at the cashiers/rewards club desk was super helpful and the valet parking gentleman was great even though we never used valet, just asked a question. It was clean, affordable, comfy, in the center of it all!! I would stay again!! I can’t say anything about the pool or gym, we went next door to the Friday/Saturday night swim at the golden nugget because they have sharks there :)

Really nice rooms for being a older hotel but very clean. Fun casino and the employees are very nice and helpful. NO resort fees unbeatable. They misplaced my driver's license but they did find it and I got it back, that caused some stress but overall I look forward to coming back again.

Very clean rooms, with exceptional service from Gina! A bit dated but the price and location are unbeatable.

Awesome place to stay! I haven't been here in a while but when I do I love staying here great price to stay and as well it is right in freemont st! And depending which room you get you have a nice little view of the street and or lights on Freemont! I hope to be able to go again soon.

If you think you have to be on the strip & staying in a hotel with 40 floors to get the 'Vegas experience,' you would be WRONG.

Welcome to the 4 Queens: NO RESORT FEES. EVER. Does this mean the rooms & service are going to be less than stellar? Not in my experience.

At check in, there were PEOPLE, not kiosks to check in. So already you have a great, personal experience. The gentleman that checked me could NOT have been more hospitable. He was the first face of the hotel and represented very well. I wish I could remember his name, but 'House of the Rising Sun' will clue him in! He was great!

The rooms: My room is fantastic & clean! What's to complain about? There's a fridge in here and although it's empty and a stand alone, you aren't going to get charged an arm and leg for using it! Oh, and get this: There was room service every day, too!

Here's another awesome item: Free parking! You know how other hotels charge $20 a day (or more) to park? NOT the 4 Queens.

Location: If you haven't tried Fremont Street, you're missing out. Yes, it's loud & busy, but that's what makes it fun, too! Four Queens is one of the hotels at the most popular intersections in the country!

I only went to the Casino. I was searching for their Silver Strike slot machine where you can win a commemorative coin, and it’s still there! It’s right next to the cashier’s desk. Plaza casino also has 4 machines also next to their cashiers desk. $0.25 bets and you need to play the max for a chance to win the coins. Each machine has a unique coin design or sometimes a few coin designs—I think you can tell what you’ll win based on the rotating coin carousel that shows the coin designs at the top of the machine. I went about 6pm on a Monday and again 3pm on a Tuesday and there was no one else playing them. Took about 10 tries on 1 machine, and got it on the first pull on another.

No resort fee, still have some smoking rooms, AC didn't blow as cold as normal Vegas Rooms but then again it was over 110°F outside. Room over looked Fremont Street over the stage, did not mind singing along at all.
