Clean rooms at a reasonable price with no resort fee. Great location on Fremont street.

We stayed in the South Tower and requested for a quiet room, sure we could still hear some background music, but it didn't bother us with our sleep. Bed is also comfortable, and the room is spacious and comes with a fridge. Would stay here again.

Older casino not bad but not my choice

This is my favorite place to stay in Vegas. You get what you expect for the price. They have free parking (after sign up of the players card). Restaurants on site. Plenty of slot machines that actually win (if you have self control). And the room was quite deacent. The rooms come with earplugs so thats your sign of what to expect. It was cool seeing the fire shows accross the street from my air conditioned room. The bass from the concert didnt bother me at all. If you are a soft sleeper, or someone that complains about everything, then this may not be the place for you. You should spend 4 times the about to have a quiet sleep elsewhere. But if you want to be at the actions, right by the chaos of old las vegas, then this is your place. Its a gem of an experience. Additionally forgot to mention. The staff at reception, at the gaming counter, and cash station, they are all a pleasure to interact with.

The location is on Fremont Street, which is very loud!

On August 23, 2025, at around 9:30 PM, I went to the front desk after waiting over two hours for extra sheets that I had already requested twice from housekeeping. I was met by a supervisor named “D” who was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, telling me to “wait all night,” refusing to assist because the reservation was in my husband’s name, and threatening to call security rather than help. Another supervisor, Amber, was equally dismissive, suggesting sheets would be left on the floor outside the room.

Security was eventually called, and, to their credit, the officers were professional and offered to retrieve the sheets from housekeeping themselves, something “D” could have easily done much earlier. When I returned to my room, the sheets were finally there.

This was an embarrassing and unnecessary experience. I am requesting a formal investigation into the conduct of both “D” and Amber, confirmation of what corrective actions will be taken

Went in there for the very 1st time to use the restroom and decided to get on the crap table. At the table the dealer never gave the rules. It seems that him and the supervisor was stereotyping, being prejudice. I just took my funds off the table, cashed them in and left. Very disrespectful.

Pool access was awesome

Staff was somewhat friendly. Asked for non-smoking room and all we got was the smell all night long. Told manager the next day, said he could only upgrade to a suite on the next trip.
