And once the Souchef visited the table .. having seen a third set of dilated eyes within the staff .. I paid our bill never enjoying a dish or savoring a glass of wine. Arrogance petulance and indifference cannot make for a reputable dining experience .. failing to maintain a standard long ago lost. Pleebs only pretend to enjoy such an establishment .. unable to critique with specificity from integrity but wish to ingratiate with puckered lips. Bob and his staff rely on past earned reputation and skill .. than deliver on consistency and quality presently.

I've read many reviews on various websites regarding those who've experienced the Omakase (Prix Fixe) tasting menu at Nobu (Hard Rock in Las Vegas). Most of the negative reviews indicated that people felt portion sizes were too small and they left hungry, and/or it was overpriced. In my opinion, neither is accurate for MY experience. I stress "my" because I went in with the expectation of paying a premium for my meal and am okay with that. I didn't just go to have dinner, I went to have an experience/be entertained and in my eyes the cost is reflective of that.

I took a girlfriend for her birthday. We had the 7 course tasting. Every course was delicious! The service was fantastic. Our server was friendly and fun. I would definitely recommend Nobu is your celebrating a special occasion, or just looking to enjoy a nice meal.

Had a fantastic dinner here! My fiance is on the Keto diet and Ed our bartender was knowledgable about every single item on the menu... BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! He even custom crafted a cucumber martini for me and it was delicious! The food was every bit what you'd expect from Nobu... An explosion of delicious flavor. Its pricey but worth every penny!

Value for the money is terrible. Portion sizes were pathetic to the point we went home hungry. Quality of dishes was very good but not better than our local go to sushi restaurant in San Francisco. What you pay for here is the name and only the name. This location is inside the hard Rock hotel; a place charging $44/night for rooms , so it's hard to see a place that charges north of $200 per couple succeeding in this space. I don't they will get any walk-in business and the fact it's in an area way off the strip will discourage others from booking here. On the plus side, the wait staff was excellent and deserve to work at a better place.

This was my first time going to Nobu and I'll never forget the experience. A small group of us went in for dinner and we were treated like royalty. The servers were exceptional and the manager (I believe he was the manager) also came over to our table and basically explained EVERY dish to us and also recommended drinks that would pair well with the food. I cannot stress how nice they were to us and how patient they were when we asked question after question about the food. I will say this place is quite expensive but worth every penny. I'll never forget that night and I would love to go back!

We love our food, and this place is something very special. We didn't choose anything ourselves, as you can choose to pay for quite banquet on their own recommendations, after a few questions on what you like. Well, we couldn't have ordered a better menu if we tried. The waiters, waitresses, the chiefs and all the staff are absolutely amazing, just as the food.
