One of the best dinner experiences of my life. The food was authentic and delicious, and the service was delightful. I was extremely pleased with the attention to detail throughout the entire experience. Our favorite dish was the A5 Wagyu tacos. Throughout the whole evening each new dish that came out blew my mind. I definitely recommend Nobu for anyone who loves an intentional and personalized high-end Sushi experience!

Very deceptive pricing. We ordered family style and they charge you for everything. Didn't feel like we ordered a lot but the bill was $950 for a family of four! Absolutely crazy. Food was ok, but no where near that cost.

Love love love Nobu. The only complaint was the ambience of this particular Nobu is not at all upscale--very regular restaurant or diner--but the prices were the same upscale prices. Food was delicious and typical Nobu quality. Disappointed by comparison to the Cesar Nobu or the New York or Chicago versions.
The bartender was amazing. Unfortunately, he wasn't our waiter. Having said that, the food was fresh and flavorful. This is in the Paris Casino, so it's definitely loud and not a place for a quiet dinner.
We picked Nobu to celebrate our 30th anniversary and were excited to order the omakase tasting menu. The atmosphere is lacking. You feel like you're eating on the casino floor. The service was fine but we were seated next to the server stand and heard all the negative chatter about other patrons. Finally, the food wasn't anything special. Such a disappointment and extremely overpriced for what it is. Would not recommend and would never return. We expected so much more based on the Nobu reputation.
The Nobu in Paris is just tucked to the side. It’s not necessarily a restaurant that you walk into; anyone can walk past and see who’s inside. It’s definitely a weird set up. I did enjoy the Miso cod per usual, but the tuna was dry. The service definitely could’ve been better. I didn’t like that they serve me champagne in a wine glass. I prefer the Nobu in the Virgin hotel better.

Booking confirmed several days in advance.we arrived 15 minutes in advance and were told table would be ready 30 minutes later. We came back at 20:15 but table not ready and were told to wait another 10 minutes. Asked for a chair to sit one of our handicaped lady but lady refused. Told her she was rude and got the reply: I understand ! Great food...never again!
The food was good the service was amazing. John did a great job!

Nobu’s Japanese cuisine offers an exceptional dining experience, particularly with their 5-course meal available on OpenTable for $85, which is a fantastic value. The omakase-style meal allows the chef to curate a selection of dishes, with each course offering a taste of Nobu’s culinary mastery. The steak, in particular, is incredibly tender and flavorful, a true highlight of the meal. To finish, the dessert, featuring ice cream paired with fresh berries, provides a delightful and refreshing conclusion. Nobu’s focus on high-quality ingredients and expert preparation makes this 5-course experience both memorable and satisfying.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
Why? Snobby wait staff. Long wait even if there's NOBODY in the restaurant. $8 for 1 tempura shrimp that taste like a .75 tempura shrimp. The sushi's are your regular sushi, i do not understand the hype? maybe it's the location? I am perfectly fine paying for fine dining, but the service & quality of food must be HIGH.
Wait Staff & receptionist on August 22 dinner time is AWFUL. They are snobbish and mingling, walking around while you wait and wait for the food. We sent our soup back as it tasted like dirt, no apologies or anything like that. The wait was long even though there
There's a lot of amazing Japanese High End Restaurants in the strip. WILL NOT COME BACK. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

We came here to eat the Omakase at Paris Las Vegas. However, the lady who was working as a hostess on 8/15 around 8:30 pm treated me like nothing. They have tables but told us that it's fully booked. So, we jump into their reservation site and booked the table right away, which there were so many tables available. She was mumbling and showed us the attitude and told us to stand to the side and wait then she seated people behind us first. We were standing and waited for quite some time and finally seated us in a corner. After 10 minutes, first server arrived and asked for allergies and walked away. Another 5 minutes passed, another server came and ask same question again and still did not receive a menu until I told him that we would like to take a look at the menu. We felt very uncomfortable; therefore, we left the restaurant. I would not be supporting this kinds of restaurants.
To be honest, I was treated very rudely. If you do not have a reservation, you will be treated inappropriately. So if you want to go, I recommend making a reservation. It was a shame as I was really looking forward to it. We were all planning on eating the omakase course at this store, but the service was so bad that we ended up leaving without eating. I was also sad because the service at the Malibu store was excellent.

I've eaten sushi in many countries at different price points and was curious to try Nobu to see what upscale sushi dining is like in Vegas. The selection was impressive, and I was particularly pleased to find Sea Urchin Sushi on the menu.
While I expected the high prices, I was shocked by how disappointing the sushi was, even setting aside the hefty price tags.
The Sea Urchin Nigiri was good, but the Eel Nigiri was dry, and the Salmon Roe Nigiri used stale roe. The worst, however, were the makis. In even low to mid-level restaurants worldwide, I've typically received fish filets inside makis. At Nobu, they serve a fish mousse, likely made from leftovers from the sashimi and nigiri. This resulted in makis with no texture and no distinct flavor profile. The Salmon Skin Makis were particularly unpleasant, with mismatched vegetables and salmon skin that was deep-fried beyond recognition.
I don't see a reason for this restaurant to exist. For business dinners, I'd be worried about offending my guests with such subpar sushi, especially since the ambiance is also lacking. The interior is standard for an upscale sushi restaurant, but the location and how it's separated from the rest of the building gave off shopping mall vibes.
To top it off, when I asked for the restroom, I was directed to a public toilet 150 meters away from the restaurant. Considering the $150-$200 dinner price, this added insult to injury.
