It’s insane to close a restaurant at 6:30 PM…haven’t you noticed most restaurants open for dinner tend to be the busiest right around 6-7 PM? You’ve stayed open all through the mid-afternoon lull to close right when the average restaurant is entering peak dinner service? Can you identify a single other successful restaurant that closes that early, other than breakfast/lunch places? It makes no sense.
C’mon, I want vegan restaurants to succeed…please reconsider your operating strategy. If total labor hours are an issue, you would be much better off being fully closed one day a week and staying open until at least 8:00 PM.

The perfect vegan sandwich shop. I just wish they were open later or a bit closer to Summerlin/the highway, as I rarely find myself passing by during the middle of the day

I used to live in Las Vegas, but have since moved away a few years ago. I currently live in an area where vegan food is sparse, so when I come back here to visit family, I tap into my never ending list of places I want to check out when I’m back in town! This vegan deli IMMEDIATELY caught my eye because a traditional deli sandwich was something I missed when I went vegan. Let me tell you, this place DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. I got the Italian cold cut and my dad wanted the Mediterranean veggie - both with chips and unsweetened iced tea. YUM YUM YUM. 👏This place made my vegan deli dreams a reality and literally everything was delicious! The unsweetened iced tea was perfect, crinkly crunchy potato chips, and a “sweet surprise” of a lemon poppy seed cookie that was so soft.
I cannot wait to come back here!!

This place is outstandinggg. Would love to have something like this near me at home. Was not in vegas for long so could not try more options but i had their pasta as a side, buffalo sandwich and cookie and lemon cake. They send a mini loaf cake which was mental i could not finish it but definitely worth the money!! Highly highly recommend this place! I could eat it every day.

I love getting the specials. Maybe grab one to go for the flight out. Stuff it in your bag. Nice and messy for that person next to you. What I think is kind of wild is that for $6 you get a whole loaf of coffee cake or whatever else they have. Most places will give you a slice for this price. Suspicious

Food and service always top notch! The owner is usually there, everyone working is amazingly friendly and they always have the radio playing show tunes. What’s not to love?!?
My favorite is the Greek. The flavors are all of the best parts of a gyro without the meat! Love the lemonade/tea. This is sour go to whenever we are headed to the strip for a show.
We would eat here more often if it was closer to our house.

Each time I've been inside to order they are a bit slow; between Woking the counter and the drive thru both are left waiting.think ill try calling ahead. The Greek sandwich is my favorite and potato salad five-star.
