I actually came to the Gold Coast to gamble and I must say this casino is on my top 5 casinos in Vegas. I ended up gambling for quite a while and I requested comps for the Noodle Exchange and they gave me $50. The food was amazing, the service was amazing and I was so full afterwards. They do have the Hot Pot and I plan on taking my daughters next time because they have been asking to get a hot pot.

The pickled fish is excellent, the rest of the noodles are okay, but Lanzhou Ramen is not good

The food was suspicious and didn't taste very good or high quality. Much better noodles elsewhere in Vegas, ones that won't make you nervous you'll be sick.

Went to this Chinese restaurant the other day and had an overall pleasant experience. The highlight of the meal? Their dim sums!

The variety on offer was impressive—everything from classic pork buns to more adventurous choices. Each dumpling was crafted with care, the wrappers delicate yet sturdy, encasing fillings bursting with flavor. The shrimp dumplings were especially noteworthy, with plump, succulent shrimp encased in translucent, beautifully pleated skins.

Other dishes were decent, but it’s the dim sums that really stood out for me. If you’re in the area and craving some authentic dim sum, this place is worth a visit.

Vietnamese pho really tastes like the street food of Hanoi. Only ask for rib eye for the meat, otherwise you'll have to eat extra tripe.

Experience/Environment: I love this place lol. I take myself on solo dates here all the time. Backstory — in my family, we do hotpot at the house maybe twice a year — always a big production, tons of plates, tons to clean. It’s nice to have a place to go get the hot pot experience without the cleaning.

Price & Food: Depending on what protein you want, you pay the fixed price. If you want more of something specific, you can pay a little extra. In my opinion, there should be more shrimp on the seafood plate. It only comes with 3 and that’s not even enough for a snack.

They have good made drinks that’s pretty good too. Try if it’s available.

Service: It’s never really busy when I go so there’s usually people hanging out available to help. Everyone is pretty nice there.

NTT [[Next Time Try]]: They have a full regular menu there too. But I am super bias and think everyone should try hotpot if they haven’t already.

Thank me later ;) Smile, eat, hydrate. Live honest and don’t settle. Hope to see you out there! xo

We didn't get the hot pot, but a combination fried rice, sauteed vegetables, and the crispy shrimp wontons. The rice was flavorless, the shrimp wontons were whatever, the veggies were delicious. It appears that the only reason this place has customers is due to Ping Pang Pong having such a huge line, so people just go to this other place instead.

The beef chow fun was reasonably tasty, but needed extra soy sauce which would have normally been easy to get except the level of service was not too great as I never had a server come back after the meal was delivered until the check came.
