Plenty of parking available.
Everything we had was great
Ordered 3 noodle soups trying all the different noodles. All great. I prefer the 2 thick noodles since you can’t find that everywhere.
Soup dumplings were good. The skin is slightly thicker.
Green onion pancakes were so good we had to order a second one.

Was craving their String Beans and they didn't disappoint. Paired with the dumpling soup which was delicious. Friend tried the hot & sour soup and loved it! Perfect for a chilly afternoon. The beef rib soup is also a favorite along with the xiajiang noodles. Definitely worth a try.

The lady that took my order was very nice however Idk if it was because I didn’t get a noddle dish but I got shrimp fried rice and it was probably the worst I ever had ! $15 for white rice and cheap shrimp ! I will not return sorry!!!

This place has a split identity because while they advertise the same Sichuan-styled food as many other noodle places in Vegas, they are in fact a Shanghainese restaurant.
We had a fairly large group and tried items from both regional specialties and I can't say anything was overly good. The Dan Dan Mian was kind of a travesty, more like light chili oil noodles and lacking sesame or olive pickles you might expect. The Zha Jiang fared better. The noodle quality itself is quite good, it's just the dressings are not up to par. The XLB meatballs are tasty, but the soup itself was lacking.
My favorite thing was actually the hot and sour dumpling soup which, because it's actually a Shanghainese place, is not particularly spicy. The dumplings were again tasty and plentiful. The Kaofu was a solid rendition of a Shanghai classic as well.
In conclusion, maybe worth it if you are looking for Shanghainese, but for Sichuan try elsewhere.

Located on Southeast side of Sahara and Rainbow strip mall.
My Foodie friends and I were craving Chinese food.
This spot serves authentic Chinese cuisine!
What we ate:
1.) Hot & Sour Soup. $12.95 This had just the right amount of tart and spice and was served Hot. 👍🏻
2.) Wonton Soup. Wonton was flavored nicely and broth was nice and hot.
3.) Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings $13.95 the Wings were crisp on the outside and moist and delicious on the inside.
4.) Kung Pao Beef $15.95 spicy but great flavor.
5.) sautéed Mixed Vegetables $15.95 A mix of carrots, cauliflower, snow peas, and fungi the vegetables were cooked perfectly and the garlic sauce was yummy.
6.) Szechuan Tofu $15.95 the tofu was cooked in a spicy broth with peppercorns and bean sprouts and the tofu melted in your mouth.
Authentic Chinese food with great flavor and portions at a decent price!
We will definitely be back!!!

This is the restaurant to serve Huaiyang cuisine beside noodles, which emphasizes on freshness and slightly sweet, no spicy at all. So we ordered some traditional Huaiyang or Shanghai cuisine beside their menu since our hometown is Shanghai: fried eel shreds, deep-fried fish, casserole lion head, Shanghai three-yellow chicken, four-happiness roasted gluten, steamed dumplings, in Chinese there are :油爆鳝丝,香炸拷子鱼,砂锅狮子头,上海三黄鸡,四喜烤麸,小笼包子. The eel shreds were fresh and delicious except little oily; the fish is anchovy growing by Yangzi river, the lions head is large stewed meatball with ingredients, which shaped like lions head; the chicken and dumplings are so so, not very impressive.
Overall all dishes tasted authentic and delicious, we would come back again when in Vegas.

Authentic and delicious Chinese food with great music. Portions are very generous and the beef noodles, scallion pancakes, and soup dumplings were all great. I don't know why there were so few customers in the restaurant. Please come support Noodle King!!

Came with my family to see what the hype was about, first impression walking into the door was i could smell the grease trap or sewage, but my s/o encouraged me to stay. He tried the beef brisket noodle it was bland. I got the spicy wontons definitely didn’t like the chili oil they used also it was salty. The calamari was whatever which they served with sweet chili spring roll sauce does not go together. Had their pan fried gyoza was hard and the sauce served with it was bland. The last but best thing we had was their stir fry green herbs although it was too charred flavored from the wok.
Noodle King in Las Vegas is a hidden gem that offers an authentic and delightful Chinese dining experience. The cozy, unassuming atmosphere makes it a perfect spot for comfort food enthusiasts.
Their broth and noodle bowls are exceptional; the rich, flavorful broths and perfectly cooked noodles create a harmonious blend that’s hard to resist. I found myself diving in eagerly, even at the risk of burning my mouth—a testament to how enticing the dishes are.
The wonton soup is a standout, with delicate wontons floating in a savory broth that warms the soul with some spice. The fried gyoza are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, making them an ideal appetizer or side.
Despite its modest exterior, Noodle King delivers a five-star experience with its authentic flavors and welcoming ambiance. It’s a must-visit for anyone seeking genuine Chinese cuisine in Las Vegas.

Came for noodles while in town to visit Red Rocks, and was very happy to find this gem. Noodles were delicious and could taste that it was handmade, the sauce was also outstanding. I finished the whole bowl without taking a break 😂
They also have other dishes, I only ordered a vegetable dish which was also authentic and delicious.
I traveled a lot to Asia especially China and can affirm this place offers authentic Chinese food. Will definitely come back and try other dishes.
