Great service. The food was good. I accidentally placed two orders when I only wanted one, and they called to confirm instead of charging me for it. How many places would do that? I'll be back when I want noodles.

We recently dined at this Asian restaurant, and it was an amazing experience! We tried the soup dumplings, potstickers, fried shrimp tempura, and the special noodles, and everything was absolutely delicious! The flavors were authentic, and the presentation was beautiful. Plus, we were amazed to see them making their own noodles right in front of us! such a cool experience! The staff was friendly and attentive, making our dining experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great meal!

We tried this noodle shop yesterday and it was really good! I love their spicy wontons. They were not burning hot, and they had explosive flavor. our server was very attentive and kind. She had good recommendations and cared for my 2 year old making sure she had water, a plate to share my soup and a highchair to be safe. I got the non spicy Brisket Soup. The fresh pulled noodles were perfectly chewy and the soup was not overly rich despite being dense in seasoning. My Thai Tea was refreshing because it was not overly sweet, which I like, but could be dry to someone who likes it sweeter. I'll definitely go back whenever I'm in the area!

Update as oh 7/7/25: try their new chicken cold noodle! Perfect for the 110 degree summer. Ask for the sesame paste on the side to add on for a welcome add up the delicious flavor profile!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Authentic Chinese noodles in this area??? Finally!!! Located inside the target mall on Silverado Ranch and that's why I spotted it.

I had the spicy beef brisket noodle, which is a stable at Chinese noodle shops. The broth was very flavorful. And it was spicy enough, which is surprising bc it's almost never spicy enough. The brisket was very tender and just melts in your mouth.

Partner for the dan dan noodle and the spicy wonton. The spicy wonton was ok but that's usually not my favorite dish, so this is just a personal preference. Dan dan noodle, I'm told, was good and on par with Chinatown quality.

Jason, our server, was friendly and attentive. We will definitely return and try other dishes. So happy that we get authentic noodles without having to drive to Chinatown!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Noodle Master!
This place is a hidden gem. Watching the chefs hand-pull the noodles right in front of us was not only impressive, it completely captivated the kids — they loved it! You can really taste the difference in the freshness.

We started with the spicy dumpling appetizer, and WOW — perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of kick. For the main course, the spicy beef brisket noodle bowl was the star of the show. Rich, flavorful broth, tender brisket, and those freshly pulled noodles? Chef’s kiss.

Portions were more than generous, and the prices were totally fair for the quality and quantity you get. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Don’t skip this spot!
