Knife cut noodles were great! The Dan Dan was definitely a numbing style with huge flavor. All items were pretty good, from the chili wontons to the green onion pancakes. Noodle quality is very good as it’s pulled by hand.

I'm a huge fan of scallion pancakes, so I'm glad a place opened here in Henderson that has them on the menu! They have very reasonable prices and great portions. We ordered the Xiao Long Bao, Scallion pancakes, and the Lanzhou Beef Noodles. Everything was delicious, the XLB is a thousand times better than Din Tai Fung, so go over here instead of spending $$$$ @ DTF!
