If you’re looking for Chinese food off the Vegas strip, this is the place to go.
Their Beijing style Zajiang noodles are some of the best I’ve ever had (high praise having lived in SoCal, Boston, and NorCal. Perfect balance between sweetness and saltiness in proportion to the noodles and other toppings.
The beef noodle soup was also perfectly balanced and had a nice richness to the broth. They provided a good amount of meat too.
The scallion pancake appetizer was well prepared. Compared to other scallion pancakes, these were thicker and crispier (which I personally prefer).

Very bad experience. Chinese restaurant, the charges are unfair. We are Chinese, but the service charge was automatically charged when we paid. But I observed that the front desk did not charge some people.

So authentic, fresh, and delicious! My photo did the beautifully compsed dish no justice! My husband and I shared the Beijing Style Zajiang Noodle W/ Pork and couldn't have made a better choice! It was so flavorful and filling for the two of us! It's safe to say we have a new favorite!

Terrible if you a person of color or a black person specifically do not go to this restaurant as they are quite racist the whole entire time my friend and her boyfriend were there they did not seat them or anything, and they proceeded to serve people that came after them and would not seat them at all

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! A group came in seconds before us and they were served with food and drinks before someone came to our table. We were ignored in favor of guests that came after us as well. We were there for a total of 20 minutes.I am not sure if it is a lack of waitstaff training or if it was because my boyfriend and I were an interracial couple.
What can I say, on the recommendation of our Uber driver we went to Noodle Pot and let me just say I am more than happy I'm ecstatic we did! The noodles alone made every dish! The broths were amazing! She ordered the vegetarian dish and wow the sweetness of the broth slowly transformed with every bite the tofu is and was to die for. The spicy pork broth was just perfect, accenting every morsel and penetrating each strand of bean, each piece of meat, and every noodle.
I would not just recommend this wonderful place I would question your sanity if you think it isn't good.

Small hole in the wall place is the best place! Authentic Taiwanese menu with many many selection. I got the popcorn chicken this go round and it was fantastic! Hot, fresh, and made to the order. I could of ordered many many more items but there was just no way to eat that much. I saw a order of dumplings someone was ordered and it looked good. Staff is very friendly. I will definitely come back the next time I am in the area. Parking can be a little tight when the plaza gets busy.

The beef noodle meat is delicious, but the Taiwanese beef noodle does not taste like Taiwanese beef noodle. The noodles and soup are different. The beef burrito is very ordinary. If you expect too much, you will be disappointed.
