As I walked in the cashier/Host was very friendly. Offered me a menu and I told him it was for take out. Nice decor you can tell it was renovated. I had the seafood ramen and the sweet potato fries. The potato fries were amazing! But I was a bit disappointed with the ramen it was lacking flavor. Not sure if it was the seafood or what not but the broth didn't stand out to me. The price was reasonable but, I've had ramen busting out with flavor for that same price.

I can't begin to describe how horrible this place is!!! First they need better service, with someone that actually greets you when you walk in. I got the cold shoulder and waited standing up for 5 minutes while the only waitress was mingling with the back of the house staff. It was empty, we were the only people in the restaurant. We waited to be seated, waited for drinks and waited for the waitress to take our order. The food took 30 minutes to come out...A quick lunch bite took over an hour for me. It's just not ok because again, we were the only people in the place. The food is not good. If you are familiar with noodle houses, you'd agree the food is of low quality. The broth is not tasty at all. Please avoid this place if you value your time.

Noods are my favorite! I guess anything that is a carb is my favorite if I'm going to be honest. These home made noodles noodles are popping up all over town and I knew I had to try this place. We tried to stop by here one time but they didn't answer their phone so we didn't end up coming here. My husband stopped by another time and was able to order some food to go. He ordered me the beef burrito and the pork belly chow mein. I have to admit that the portions were large (yay! leftovers for lunch!) that is what I love about Chinese food. Taste wise, the noodles were decent, cooked al dente and maybe a little lacking in flavor. The pork was fairly tender. The Chinese beef burrito was tasty. That was probably my favorite out of the two things. Overall, I did enjoy it I'm just not sure I will be going back frequently with all the other options closer to me.

I love noodles so im very particular. The texture of the knife cut noodles is on point if just a little over cooked. What doesnt do it for me is the flavor of their sauce. Its just too sweet for me personally, im more of a savory kinda guy. The service is typical Chinese service, not spectacular, but not bad. I think being from Hawaii Im just used to the almost rude-ish service. My buddy and I ordered the peanuts, walnut shrimp, house fried rice, edamame, and the knife cut noodles. Im betting they dont use MSG, and thats probable what im missing personally in all the dishes. While tasting ok they didnt move me in any way. The portions are very very generous and i had plenty to take home. I ended up sprinkling some Ajinomoto on my noodles and fried rice when reheating and found it much better tasting IMHO. The fried rice has the kitchen sink in it and is very hearty typical Chinese friend rice, the edamame is stir fried in what tastes like oyster sauce (it was different than the typical edamame in a good way). The peanuts are just salted peanuts tossed with these tiny little dried fish, that have a really strong fishiness to them (not a fan). The walnut shrimp is nice and crispy shell with huge perfectly cooked shrimp inside, i liked it but for the lack of a little more taste. I definitely always have to go back to reevaluate so an update will be coming to this review. For now id order take out and sprinkle everything with a light dusting of Ajinomoto and it would be 4-5 stars.

Terrible strip mall but the restaurant is nice and clean. We had the Taiwanese style beef noodle soup, cold cucumber app, and cold Szechuan noodle. Everything was fresh and delicious. The prices were great. Our check was just under $23 before tip. We were the only ones in there at 7:30pm on a Tuesday. We will definitely be back to try other items. Service is not so great but it's sad that we are used to it for Asian restaurants. Food comes fast and they check on you once but otherwise they were busy with their phone and own conversations.

I am partial to Asian food. My tastes usually run towards Japanese and Thai. Not usually as into Chinese though. But I stumbled onto Noodle Show and decided to give it a try. Holy cow, am I glad I did. I kept it simple. I ordered the cucumber salad (amazing) and lamb dumplings (also amazing). Tons of delicious food for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Noodle Show.

Great food here not too far from the strip. I know they where being nice when they told this white boy that their hot and sour soup noodles were spicy (which is why we went) you will leave breathing fire. Delicious and the hottest noodle I have had at a restaurant.
