Placed an order on Uber eats and was shorted one buy one get one free Boba tea so I called Uber eats to address the issue and they requested I contact the restaurant. When I did, I spoke to a gentleman who did everything he could to NOT help me and told me to contact Uber eats. He basically said it’s not his fault. When I said I already did he offered no apology, no solution, nothing. Just contact Ubereats. And then he started back peddling and said “I have no problem issuing the credit, then he says he can’t issue a credit because he needs to contact Uber eats about the issue. The other problem we had is that a few of the buy one get one free items the portions are literally half the size as normal. What a rip off. Our ramen was decent, I’ll give them that.

Really nice Ramen location in the Silverado Ranch area. Ramen base is very flavorful. Also tried the chicken bao and gyoza. Would try it again.

When Chinese boldness meets Japanese precision, your taste buds don’t stand a chance—they surrender.
I ordered the black garlic ramen, takoyaki, and fried egg rolls, and each dish delivered big flavor with care and creativity. The ramen was rich and smoky with perfect noodles and a deep umami kick. The takoyaki had a crisp shell and a creamy, octopus-filled center, while the egg rolls were golden, crunchy, and satisfying.
Shoutout to Ken, who took my order over the phone. When the popcorn chicken wasn’t available, he called me back with great alternatives like chicken katsu, and even included a complimentary Thai tea. Most of all, I appreciated his friendliness—it made the whole experience feel personal.
With tasty food, thoughtful service, and a menu that smoothly twists two great cuisines into one, this cool spot should seriously consider rebranding itself to “No.1 Noodles and More”.

I was excited to come here with my friend since the reviews were so good. We got there as they opened and there were only a few people there. The atmosphere felt more like a cafe and the food was middling. The flavor was good, the textures were good, but nothing was blowing us away.
Unfortunately, the service was also middling. We ordered a few noodle dishes and appetizers, and they must not have heard us. Then we sat around talking for a while, but had to reorder the noodle dish we never got. Again, it's not bad, but definitely not what I was expecting from the reviews

Very good food and service, but the restaurant no longer has an active beer and wine license, so the sake shown on menu pictures is no more.

First time here, nice place, kind of hidden, glad I found it. I had the Chicken Shoyu Ramen- broth was excellent, noodles & chasu chicken were awesome, and the egg and toppings were spot on. It was great that they have kimchi available as a side dish- I enjoy it with my ramen. The portions were just right for me and the mango iced tea was refreshing. Great overall experience, friendly staff, looking forward to trying more of their menu.

Absolutely loved our meal here! I had the Yunnan rice noodle soup—flavorful, comforting, and packed with toppings. My friend ordered the Tonkotsu ramen, which had a rich, creamy broth, and the popcorn fried chicken was perfectly crispy and addictive. Friendly service, cozy atmosphere, and everything tasted homemade. Highly recommend!
