Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

Good cold brew! Super cool sugar free syrup offers, got the chocolate one (first time I have ever had it) and it was SUPER good, couldn't believe it was sugar free... Staff was also very welcoming.

Only for take away though, and the store isn't the prettiest.

My hazelnut ice latte tasted like chemicals (not sure if it was the syrup or something else). Ended up throwing it into trash.

Cappuccino was good, much better than other coffee shops but watch out, it doesn’t come in mugs, neither with latte art as shown on the pictures (looks much better on the pictures)

The in-mall seating was public, spacious, and, for me, a nice merging of coffee shop & Fashion Mall space.A nice meeting spot. Not as private or intimate as a low light Starbucks.

Absolutely the most leftist in your moms basement living disrespectful manager I have ever met in my life. I wouldn't spend any money in this place. The worker who says she was a manager and no one was above her was probably one of the most disrespectful people working customer service I have ever came across. How these people are able to get into management positions with the attitudes and disrespect they have for the general public is exactly why business are going out of business. I will never in my life go back to that coffee shop.

The barista was very friendly and the service was fast with reasonable pricing. We appreciated that they were seemingly open before other places in the mall.

Worst customer service i ve ever had specially the Barista rudest women, i will never come to your Cafe again, the lady takes the orders such a wonderful women.

Went in to get a ice storm today. The person making the drinks was so nice and sweet I think her name was BB , great customer service and excellent drink.
