Our second time in and this location is amazing. We’re originally from SoCal so we were so excited for Norms to come to Vegas! Our Server Brenda was awesome and so sweet. The GM Alec was very helpful and checked on us routinely as well. Definitely our favorite breakfast spot.
Very slow service. Brought scrambled eggs when over easy is what I asked for. Bacon was not crispy. Hash browns were not hot.

We sat at the bar which is right next to the kitchen. It was incredibly loud and we heard wait staff shouting across the whole place to take orders. The hash-browns were the worst I’ve ever had in my life. I’m not trying to be dramatic, it’s the truth. Our waitress did a good job. The carnitas omelette was pretty good even though I’d prefer the veggies in it to be cooked more and the carnitas not so chunky. The pancakes did taste delicious. I think the meal was priced...
