I don’t recommend pizza place. I called to place an order for my company for three items. They wanted to charge $52 didn’t wanna tell me the price and then when I asked the price and asked them to give me the price before charging my card, they told me the price and I told them that’s way too expensive for three small items and I will just call somewhere else as soon as I got off the phone with them they proceeded to charge my card and then tell me that they can’t refund me Until they speak to something called Clover on Monday morning and that they’re the only person there and there’s no manager to speak to in order to get a refund for an order that’s not even being delivered. Don’t recommend it. Don’t even waste your time with this place.
we went in to pick up a calzone and some garlic knots. It was our first time here. We didn’t stay to eat there, but when we got home and saw the calzone, I was very very disappointed. It was not stuffed with enough cheese at all, not even ricotta, which I normally can taste a lot of. It was very flat and it was burnt. My boyfriend said the garlic knots were good but they made a mess in a bag that they gave us and it spilled all over the pizza box all of the bag and all over my skirt. I do have photos, but I don’t know where to post them.

We tried this pizza after eating "gummies." It was awful which seems weird that two people with extreme mumchies couldn't even chew this burned pizza!

Called ahead of time was told 15 mins, and it would be ready, showed up late about another 7 mins after just in case and, they tell me they didn't put in the order, they messed up. I was like no big deal it happens, I still gave them a tip and then i wait 10 mins. I pay leave come back 11 mins and they lost half my order, I complain the manager helps me and offers me some extra thing for the inconvenience. I wait get my order happy and then I get home and the half that I thought was OK since it was already ready. ,Which was a wings half hot and other halg lemon, Is messed up. Go figure. Terrible place.

You literally charged me 5.50 to add pepperoni and pineapple to half of my pizza and this is what I get???? Added to 1/4 of the pizza? Quality dropping… used to be amazing.
The staff were friendly enough, but the service was nonexistent. The pizza was the most flavorless pizza I have ever eaten. The sauce had zero flavor. I had to actually salt the pizza, however, the crust was good. We were very disappointed. It was pretty expensive for a paper plate & plastic fork establishment. We were hoping we had found good pizza place in this part of town. We didn't.

Bought order of meatballs. There were two, maybe two inches. They charged 8.99. Good ground beef costs less than $7per pound. I looked at the menu that they included in the bag with the meatballs. It said 6.49 for them. I called and asked for a price. They said 8.49. I told them what the menu said then they said that they had changed prices recently. They are price gouging. The pizza is ok. I will never do business with them again.

I’m a returning customer. I love the pizza, and the customer service is top notch. I thought today a good example. There was a glitch w/delivery app and was notified my order had been canceled by the app. My order was still delivered. It was small mess created by the app, but they were on top of it. Even though it was not their error and I was not upset at anyone, stuff happens, I was given a reduced price when I paid. They didn’t have to do it, I definitely did not demand it, but they still did it anyway. That’s excellent customer service and care, owning a glitch that wasn’t even theirs. My pizzas were fantastic as always. If your thing is good food and good service, this place is for you!

I ordered a XL with pepperoni cooked crispy. It wasn’t crispy and they sliced it 12 ways so you’re left with very long thin slices that don’t hold up very well when eating by hand. They also charged me $1 to use my credit card when I ordered online but came up pick it up and actually pay at the store, seems like a scam and money grab.

$50 dollars for a Large Pepperoni and sausage and “street fries” is kind of ridiculous, I’ve been coming here with my girlfriend for years and it’s never been that bad, shame because the pizza is great but I’ll never pay 50 BUCKS for pizza
WHEN I WAS THERE LAST A DOG WAS EATING OFF THE TABLE AND THERE WAS A BIG COCKROACH ON THE COUNTER
Excellent East Coast pizza big slices you can fold great crust

If you’re looking for a fantastic pizza experience, North End Pizza is a must-visit! Nestled in a busy shopping center adorned with Boston memorabilia, this spot combines a cozy atmosphere with delicious food.
The pizza here is exceptional—cooked to perfection with a crispy crust and fresh toppings that truly elevate each bite. Whether you prefer classic flavors or something a bit more adventurous, their menu has something for everyone. And the prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality you get!
Parking can be a bit of a hunt since it's shared with other businesses, but it’s well worth the effort. Once inside, you'll find ample seating in a clean and inviting space. The friendly staff adds to the warm ambiance, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Plus, the pizza is prepared quickly, making it a great option if you’re in a hurry.
Overall, I highly recommend North End Pizza for anyone craving great pizza in a welcoming setting. You won’t be disappointed!

We ordered a pie for delivery. It took about 40 minutes. It was half pepperoni and half eggplant. The crust was a little thicker than I would have liked but overall it was a fairly good imitation of NY Pizza.
The pepperoni was a bit on the spicy side. The eggplant was breaded. Both were good.
