I’m a returning customer. I love the pizza, and the customer service is top notch. I thought today a good example. There was a glitch w/delivery app and was notified my order had been canceled by the app. My order was still delivered. It was small mess created by the app, but they were on top of it. Even though it was not their error and I was not upset at anyone, stuff happens, I was given a reduced price when I paid. They didn’t have to do it, I definitely did not demand...

I ordered a XL with pepperoni cooked crispy. It wasn’t crispy and they sliced it 12 ways so you’re left with very long thin slices that don’t hold up very well when eating by hand. They also charged me $1 to use my credit card when I ordered online but came up pick it up and actually pay at the store, seems like a scam and money grab.
