Don’t waste your time here.
Understaffed and overpriced
Poor customer service, very over priced and the worst latte I’ve ever had.
Nice staff, the rest isn’t great. Pastry are large but bland. Cappuccino is made through a “hotel” coffee machine, not a proper cappuccino. Seats and tables are quite uncomfortable.
Shannon is awesome! Fantastic service with a smile! Also, I did not get her name but the other girl that worked New Years Eve was awesome too.
Complete trash. $17 for breakfast sandwich that was nearly frozen in the middle. Then they have the gall to ask for a tip on counter service starting at 18%. It's tempting to go to a store that's right out the escalator, but skip past this trash.

The food was terrible. Their bakery items were nowhere fresh or resembling freshly baked. I get that it’s Vegas and everything’s really overpriced and overcharged, but at least the food quality should be good and satisfying. The coffee was really bad as well. It will get your caffeine in but you won’t enjoy getting it in. Of course, there’s no ambience to speak of as well.

Went there for some coffee and the milk for the coffee was burnt. As well as extremely sweet. Way too much syrup.

The only employee working each morning was so slow!!!! Unable to multitask. Talks so softly every customer had to ask him to repeat over and over. 3 ppl in line and it took 25 minutes to get a coffee. Bad $8 coffee. I want to go home.
Complete rip off.

The staff member that took my order was very pleasant. The worker making the food looked efficient. But for a $7 bagel and cream cheese, they hucked the bagel in the toaster, tossed it in a to-go box with two cream cheese packets and sent me on my way. Rip-off. I know, it's Las Vegas, but I wish I could find a decent place for a bagel and real cream cheese around here.
