Absolutely perfect!! I got a chocolate chocolate chip cake as my wedding cake, and it was just lovely! We also got a second cake that was the reeses peanut butter cake, and it must've been so good, it was completely gone by the end of the night. I didn't get to try it unfortunately 😭 I will be back!!

Cake delivered to my team was embarrassing and looked nothing like what was ordered and paid for. Frosting was melted, it was missing additional paid decor. Service was very unprofessional and refused to do a full refund

My personal experience was good. I went in to pick up a cake for my son birthday and I’m last minute planner unfortunately. They were able to have his cake ready within a few hours. It was ready for pick up, no wait by time we got there due to long drive. The cake was lemon raspberry and gluten free. Taste was amazing, moist, dense, and amazing frosting. I would definitely recommend.

We just moved in the area, and I’ve driven by before. My child’s birthday is coming up so they were very excited to try the flavors and decide on one. The girl helping us was very nice and I let her know which I wanted. She put them in the bag for us and we were happily on our way. I didn’t get to see which she put in the bag because she did it behind the counter. When we got to the car my daughter wanted to see them. She saw that the girl accidentally gave us the wrong flavor. I thought it was an easy enough fix to switch them out because it was still wrapped and we hadn’t opened it. I went back in ( 1-2 minutes later) another lady helped me, and she seemed annoyed as she got the correct bundtlette. Then she told me I had to pay $. I was confused, but my daughter wanted to try the specific flavor so I just paid it. This is the first time I’ve had to pay for your mistake because you gave me the wrong flavor. You saw that it was untouched. Then you just sold it or ate it yourself. It’s not about the money, but the principle of the matter. It was your mistake, so you charged me for it. Make that make sense. This lady felt like charging unnecessarily. I don’t understand the business practice, much less the lack of customer service by your part. We weren’t sure that they were even open because no one was coming in or out, and now it’s clear why.

Good bakery. It confuses me a little because the inside is super nice but very little amount of cakes on sale. I expected more sure but I guess the name suggests. The cake itself was ok i must say. I'm not a fan of doughy icing especially with that amount. I expected it have a home made taste but instead it tasted like a better version of a grocery store cake but with many variants. Maybe next time I'll order a customer birthday cake and see if that's better. Overall satisfactory

My brother is stationed at Nellis Airforce base and I wanted to send him a cake because he is away from family and friends. I ordered a delivery order and the employee said they would put a note to have it delivered in the afternoon as I requested. After the delivery driver called me to tell me he was unable to deliver the cakes, I called to ask why it was delivered first thing in the morning. I was told that it's up to the delivery driver when he wants to deliver your order. Super frustrating that I paid a $15 delivery fee for my brother's birthday cake that was not able to be delivered because the delivery driver decided to drop it off before the note had said. We'll see if I ever order again...
