They start accepting online orders before they're even open, marking them as ready for pickup and wasting delivery drivers' time.

Lauren was the clerk and was very rude. I read asking for the Bogo special from on line. She was rude. Not helpful. It seemed to be a bother to help the customer.

I understand it’s the holiday season and that it can be stressful working with the public. I’m a hotel manager myself, so I truly empathize. However, I was polite and not being difficult, and it felt like simply asking to purchase New Year’s decorations for my cake was an inconvenience.

I even offered to place the decorations on the cake myself, yet the associate assisting me appeared visibly frustrated and unwelcoming. Another employee with red hair came from the back, placed the bag of decorations on the counter, and did not acknowledge me or respond when I said thank you. I was about to compliment her blush and lashes but when she didn’t respond when I said thank you , I said forget it.

Customer service sets the tone for any business, especially one centered around celebrations. Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere felt tense and unfriendly, which was surprising for a bakery. I hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences.

I was given a gift card to use here but unfortunately I was not able to use the gift card online. I went through the entire order process online and at checkout there was no place for me to use the gift card. That was a bit inconvenient. So I did have to visit a physical location to place my birthday cake order.

When I arrived I was quickly greeted and helped by Hunter who was such a sweetheart. He took my order and while inside I was able to pick up candles and pay for everything with my gift card.

At pick up I was again helped by Hunter who was so friendly. He sent someone to bring out my cake and then I asked if they sold balloons. They do! I ordered some balloons which Hunter filled for me then I was on my way. I ordered the strawberries & cream cake which was delicious! Incredibly moist and perfectly sweet. The cake was ready on time and the decorations were as requested. Thank you!

First time in years of visiting that I had a negative experience. Purchased a pumpkin bundt cake and as I’m eating it I noticed a crunchy texture. I break open the center to discover it’s actually carrot cake. Returned the next morning for a replacement bundt cake. I received the most unpleasant experience even after providing proof of purchase via the app. The employee clearly had a problem honoring my request and did so with attitude. Don’t choose a job servicing people, if you do not like being kind or friendly. Secondly, mislabeling your product is a huge liability because you never know what people are allergic to.

The cake is delicious. But they won’t let you buy a cake off the shelf, even in person, without you giving them your phone number, first name, and first letter of your last name. It’s a data collection farm. Really disappointing. I gave them fake info just so I could get my cake and leave. Won’t be worth the hassle to return, which is unfortunate.

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Madi H! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a respectful attitude that instantly made me feel welcome. Madi went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect cake for my occasion, patiently walking me through the options, answering all my questions, and even offering helpful suggestions based on what I was looking for.

Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. Thanks to her, I left with the best cake and a great impression. Give that woman a raise! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location because of her outstanding service.

Disappointed. I love nothing bundt cakes but have been ordering from a different location before and this is the first time i had a bad cake. I ordered a carrot cake for my son's bday that feel on Easter weekend. When i picked it up I did not open it....when I did I saw that I got the smaller cake even though I had paid for the 10 inch one...and even then i was pretty excited for the cake, but it was not good at all, it was crumbly and dry and was just hard to enjoy... I was sad to see most of my guests left it on their plates.

Great cakes, terrible service. I went to pick up balloons and cake. I was not greeted by anyone despite there being 3 people behind the counter. The cashier refused to make eye contact or even smile. I did not like this experience and likely not to return to this location. If you don’t like customers service remove yourself from the industry. (Brunette cashier)

These are franchised bakeries..and this one does not have customer service etiquette!!
I placed an order to be picked up for a surprise party on NYE, the time to pick up was 1:40pm, although I arrived after 1:40, to find the store closed early. There was no phone call, no email, no notification at all that they would be closing early! I checked online from my account and the website had a BIG RED banner at top that said "All bakeries are open today 12/31", had I known they were closing early I would have been there! I had other errands to run so of course I didn't want to leave the cakes sitting in the car! When I get to the store! There's a sign on the door that said they closed at 2pm! It was very unprofessional for them to close KNOWING there was a pickup order that was ALREADY PAID FOR! I called other locations and they didn't even know this location was closing early; as they remained open! I will never choose this location based off of this very experience! They can't possibly love their customers or what they do! The location on Lake Mead has a very friendly and welcoming staff! I will drive out of my way to have customer satisfaction!
