Absoutly wonderful experience that I jus had inside of the nothing bundt cakes. The lady who serviced me: Niya. Extremely passionate about the cakes, and serviced me with great enthusiasm and friendliness. After getting my bundt cake I got into my car and it was delicious. The sponge - Ness of the cake was perfect and the cream was very sweet but not overpowering. Overall a 5 star across the board and will 1000% be going again. Possibly daily 🤣

I had a very disappointing experience with Nothing Bundt Cakes. I placed an order for an event with 60 moms and clearly pointed to the size I wanted. Unfortunately, the employee who took the order entered the wrong size and had an attitude throughout the interaction.

When I arrived to pick up the order today, I was incredibly frustrated to find the mistake had not been corrected. To make matters worse, the manager showed no accountability—offering no apology or even a gesture like a discount for the inconvenience.

This kind of customer service is unacceptable, both from the staff who made the error and the manager who showed no interest in resolving the issue. I expected better, especially when planning for an important event. Very disappointed.

Love this company and their cakes are so good! I do not plan on using the delivery feature again only because the Uber drivers do whatever they want which is unfortunate. Great customer service and will keep using this location for future orders!

So my husband placed an order online and was supposed to be delivered. Hours later never receiving said cake he called and the person won't call her a lady was rude rude rude. She said don't use the online you should just call direct. Well then your website should not have the option to order. Welcome to 2025 .needless to say we did not purchase from nothing since all we got was NOTHING

What a joke. Don’t order for delivery from their website because you may end up with an Uber driver rather than their own personal company driver and you’ll find THIS when you open your cakes. Called the company and they stated they will send a new order and they will be delivered by one of their own employees. Do you think that actually happened?! NOPE! They sent another Uber driver. Ridiculous!

Just picked up my holiday bundtinis! So cute, very happy, wish I wasn’t giving them away!!
Might be back for more! Your goods are the best!

Liked it more than expected. The lil mini carrot cake Bundt was delicious. Just about perfect amount of icing with the blob in the middle along with the ribbons

Hadn't been here in a while and decided to drop in. Bummed to be told no more samples of the flavor of the month plus my cake had wayyyyy less frosting than usual. Could call it a fluke, except I bought 2 flavors and both were VERY stingy on the frosting-- the thinnest lines I've ever seen and the largest gaps between them. (Been coming here since 2012). The cake was moist and yummy, as always, but this visit was definitely disappointing.
