Liya at the front desk left me very disappointed with the level of customer service at NUKHA Lounge. From the moment I walked in, her approach was dismissive and unprofessional, which immediately set a negative tone for the visit.

For a lounge that markets itself as upscale, I expected a welcoming and respectful experience. Instead, the lack of basic courtesy...

Came in for drinks at the bar and this place is so cool. Drinks and atmosphere were amazing. We didn’t eat but everything looked and smelt so good!!! We will definitely be back again to get food too!
