ordered catfish filet and chips, they're out of filet, substituted with catfish strips instead, very good.....will be back

Amazing food and the owner gives the best service! Everyone should run and try it. I think theres something for everyone and if not i bet he would try to accommodate he is that nice!

Place reeked of marijuana, service was slow, atmosphere seemed rushed, disorganized and unsanitary floors are stained and place is very dusty and they seemed unknowledgeable about their own product, food came out undercooked and still frozen in a few spots, all in all would not recommend

Yummy! Had a fried feast a la carte lol. A little of this and a lot of that. Shrimp rocked!

Friendly greeting upon entering. Helpful suggestions given while ordering. Takeout received within a reasonable time. Fish fillet was hot, crispy and flaky inside. Catfish nuggets are small. Cajun fries a bit too salty. Cole slaw was good.

The food was pretty good, but the service was excellent! I don't know his name, but he was so polite, attentive and our food was right on time!

I really enjoyed the premier fish and chips the fish is cooked fresh when you order it so I like that and the service was very good

Not a clean place...floors are sticky and bathroom's are dirty

The fish and chips is amazing and their coleslaw is perfect!! However, the restaurant was soooo dirty. The chairs, tables, my ice tea glass, vinegar and ketchup bottles, floors, windows....everything!! Please clean it up, I WANT TO GO BACK!!

Dont let the simple decor fool you... The fish here is fresh and delicious! We had the fish and chips, plus lobster roll. So yummy! Some of the best tasting seafood we've had... Great prices, too!!!

I was really craving some good fish and chips. Off the Hook used to have fresh fish with lightest batter, it was the best. As I walk in to place my order I can tell the place has changed. I walked to the counter where there's a lady with a small child working on what appears to be school work. Definitely new owners. I order what I normally ordered. While she is ringing up my order I noticed the counter looks as is if it has not been wiped down ever. I pay and find a seat to wait for my to go order. Mind you there are no other customers in this establishment. The first table I go to is dirty. The one I chose was less dirty. As I waited for my order I looked at the floor next to the register going towards the kitchen, it is so caked with black dirt you can't even tell what color the tile is. The cook comes out and gives me my order. As I leave and grab the handle to the glass door, I notice it and the glass is also caked with fingerprints and smudge.
