I have been a loyal customer at this establishment, visiting at least once every two weeks, and have always enjoyed my experience. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. When I walked in, I simply asked about the wait time. The person at the front desk ignored my question, so I politely asked again. Instead of a courteous response, I was met with an unprofessional outburst—he loudly snapped, “I don’t know.”
At no point was I rude; I was just looking for basic information. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression, as customer service seems to have declined. I expect a higher level of professionalism, especially from a place I have supported for so long. I’ll have to think twice before returning.

Food is disgusting and not Japanese food, staff is terrible (a staff that guide me to my table, he hit a chair on a way to move it :))), price is expensive for low quality food. No idea why this restaurant has many reviews!

Staple place my family goes to. Slightly hit or miss menu. Their hibachi is always good, just dont get the chicken. I recommend the spicy shrimp or spicy veggies (please bring the spicy seafood back), the caterpillar roll, the green mussels, Kani nachos, and black cod miso.
Absolute favorite sushi place. My only complaint is that whatever music service they use still has ads and those ads have now started actually interrupting songs, sometimes in the middle of the song!

Onion soup was the best soup I've had in my life.
Edit: Deducted a star because we ordered chicken Yakisoba to go and the only pieces of chicken were extra tough and unappetizing. The wait was 1 hour not 30 minutes and the noodles were drier than the Sahara desert, had to add 3 packets of soy sauce for it to be ok.
Only been once, but definitely going back, loved everything.

Teppanyaki at Ohjah, where your meal comes with a side of culinary theatrics! It's like dinner and a show rolled into one sizzling experience. The chefs are like culinary ninjas, flipping shrimp, and vegetables with the precision of a master swordsman. It's the only place where you can watch your meal being cooked and feel like you're at a stand-up comedy show at the same time. Who knew that dinner could be so entertaining and delicious at the same time? It's like food for both your belly and your funny bone!

My server Joan was exceptional. I go Ohjah twice a month, and I've never had bad food or service.

How does this place have so many positive reviews? The yum yum sauce is literally watered down mayo with a splash of seasoning. I’m pretty sure they’re afraid of seasoning at this establishment, the hibachi itself had barely any flavor, which could have maybe been saved if I could have drowned it in yum yum sauce (and if that wasn’t horrible too). Coming from Ohio, I expected a lot more out of some Las Vegas cuisine but hibachi is much better back home. This is probably the first place I didn’t take my leftovers home with me

I came with the family and dined with Q and Joan. This was a great experience after a long week of work. Q was really engaging. The food is great as well.

This was a fun experience. The food was great. The chef was very interactive. The only negatives I saw were:
1. You never know who you will sit next to if your party is under 10.
2. The other people and the chef next to us were cussing in front of my kid.
3. It does get a little smoky from the grills.
Overall I highly recommend.
