Ohjah Japanese Steakhouse Hibachi

Get the Ohjah Hibachi Combo> 3 meats> double shrimp & steak with the noodles extra garlic butter
But for those that are familiar with the taste of Hamada of Japan (Hibachi) in Tinley Park Chicago which was my comparison this has less flavor & noodles are thinner

Just a little salty. Next time, I would ask for no added salt.

We had 10 people at a graduation party. We were expecting a fun and humorous cooking exhibition, but it turned out to be pretty average. Food was ok, not great.

We come here once a week. Everyone treats us like family. The chefs know our names and always entertain us each time. Highly recommend this place for hibachi . Always a great time.

Kinda bland for hibachi. Cook sloped cleaning water into my fried rice so I could eat it.

Got food poisoning on 11.19.2024

We waited at the hibachi table forever before the chef arrived.

The restaurant was understaffed. The waiter was moving quickly to keep up.

We ordered our entrees from the frantic man
: salmon and beef. Others ordered beef, all different cuts, some more pricey than others. We all asked for different temperatures from medium rare to well done.
Ok

Chef comes back later and plops down one type of beef, we all had different cuts, and he cooks it all the same! Well done!

My wife’s tiny, thin salmon was also cooked to a very dry and over done state.

We came home and both had severe diarrhea hours later.

My family was there for my Dad's 90th birthday celebration. Food and service was excellent. Roy our chef was great. Very friendly and entertaining. We made great memories that day.

Food was great! I especially enjoyed our chef and the food he cooked for us. I only had two reasons for bringing down my stars for service. I ran out of beer for too long and had to wave down the server and my wife ran out of water and it was never refilled.

The food is really good and the staff are always very friendly and the prices are very reasonable so I go there a couple times a month or more to get some quick quality sushi and a teppanyaki steak.
