Our waiter had a lack of knowledge on basic menu items, put cheese on the salad after being told not to, asked if I wanted cheese on my chicken marsala and I said yes and h le put it all over the carbanara ravioli that was my husbands who doesn't want parm cheese on his. Asked to speak to the manager who was not very pleasant. Who asked several times if my husband wanted a new one .. We said no, we are done here, please pack mine up. I wasn't going to wait another thirty minutes for my husbands dinner and let mine get cold and i wasn't going to eat infront of him. The manager should have offered to take care of the entire bill but instead took my husbands meal away and took his off the bill. Well thanks, he never got to eat. Just complete trash.

I don't even know where to start. They forgot my food completely and by the time it came out everyone at the table was done eating, including my 4 year old. I had to pack up my dinner to bring home because once a kid is done, you've got about 10 minutes to get packed up and out before they have lost all interest in anything. I never want to go to olive garden and of course the one time I suggest it this happens. 1/10 do not recommend.

Food was very typical for Olive Garden, so they are definitely on par with corporate expectations. Our server did an amazing job. She was precise and kind, and she had a good balance of checking without being overly eager. One of the better experiences I have had at a large chain restaurant while out traveling.

Was refused service for a party of 9. I didn’t even get a time offered, it was more like we can’t take large parties at this time. It was 12 noon.

Worst olive garden in Las Vegas. We came in for late dinner due to getting into town late and was craving some pasta. Unfortunately it was the worst experience ever!!! the server I had was named YOLANDA. I'm sorry but I just can't understand how a manager can allow a server to act out this way. The moment i sat down she seemed upset for getting another table. And from there her attitude was so unprofessional. I do feel it was due to splitting a pasta? But hey! it was late for a big meal..... anyways YOLANDA was upset and slammed the drinks on the table and when we approached the attitude back to her she did not like it. That's fine YOLANDA next time treat YOUR customer with respect. If not don't work as a server.
And to the manager of this Olive Garden the night of 11/15/2024 it's a shame you support this kind of behavior from your servers.
that's the # 1 reason why the customer service experiences are going down everyday because we don't do nothing about it. This should automatically be a write up! Go home and no matter how upset you are or dislike the table you do not treat customers this way! It's a lessons that has to be taught. YOLANDA YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!!!

Olive Garden is an American staple; the food could use less oil however.

The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing and easily the worst I’ve experienced in a long time. Our waitress seemed constantly distracted, leaving us to wonder whether it was due to inadequate training.
Although the manager stepped in and was friendly, her involvement unfortunately didn’t improve the situation unless she personally handled things. This was particularly frustrating as we were there to celebrate my college graduation.
While the food and drinks were excellent, the poor service overshadowed the experience. Sadly, based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Simply called to find out how to ask how to add an extra charge so I could get extra salad dressing, because it didn't give me an option to add it or a special instruction through the uber app. The lady told me she wouldn't transfer me to her manager... finally transfered me to the hostess. I then again asked to speak to the manager. He finally asked for my name through uber. I said I didn't order it yet, because I wanted to add an extra charge if possible and get the extra dressing for the salad. Then ordered it and they canceled my order. Disgusting. Horrible customer service. Rude.
I no longer see my initial review, so let me write one more time -
We went in the group of 6.
One of us ordered “marinara sauce” for her spaghetti. She wasn’t familiar with how to pronounce the name because English is not her native tongue. Then our server in front of everyone proceeded to correct our friend how to pronounce marinara in the right away.
I called him out right away for his behavior, and then asked the manager to remove him from serving us. A moment later, after being told not to serve us, he still approached our table one more time and brought us food, and asked us questions.
My friend has a master degree in US. Unfortunately she had to encounter and deal with ignorance and stupidity that day.
If you go Oliver Garden and ever see a rude staff acting out inappropriately, I encourage you to call him out for his behavior.
