To have a customer stand around for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledges or helps them and then to tell them that they have to wait another 25 to 30 minutes for her to go order on some soup I know was already premade in the back is absolutely insane
I used to eat here quite often. I will never go to this location again all because of the poor customer service of the staff.

How I do love Olive Garden! There is much competition in the Italian Restaurant sector, yet OG always Shines. Jerimiah has treated me like a King, and he is working a double today ... for oustanding food and service, Come On Over!

Went there this afternoon waited about 30 minutes to be sat which was okay and understandable until we get seated and there were probably 25 open tables it was like a ghost town. We order all you can eat pasta for 4 adults and a kids meal. We have the 3 meat sauce, Alfredo and mushroom. The kids meal was chicken tenders fries and milk. We eat 1- 2 bowls of pasta each and leave. The mushroom pasta we send back as it tastes dirty. We get home the whole family is nauseous and has diarrhea. I dont think ill go back to this location food poisoning for the whole family has been horrible

The hostess was very friendly and welcoming. Our server was outstanding with great recommendations! He was accommodating to us and kept the refills coming. He asked if we needed anything frequently. The food was excellent and fresh! The peach raspberry tea was on point! I would recommend dining here with your family!

Food and service was great.
The tablet they have at the bill was a great idea except there wasn't full disclosure for the app charge to play games on the tablet while waiting for the food

I placed a take out order. This is usually my go to Olive Garden location. I was really disappointed, every single one of my plates were unfavorable and the bread stick was to chewy.
To be honest, the best thing out of my order was the side soups. Everything else, Pasta Carbonara, Fettuccine Alfredo and the Chicken parmesan tasted very plain. I don't if it was the cook or the time of day I chose to order, but it was not as good as it usually is.

I’ve been to Olive Garden plenty of times so I really don’t have too much to say. My friend and I came here to have dinner and I ordered Spaghetti and Meatballs. It was good but definitely plain out of the other pastas they serve.
For dessert, I had Tiramisu which was good! It was nice and fluffy, however a bit watery at the same time..? Maybe it was just an off day haha.

Nice ambience in some areas it can be really dark, so if you have any problems with your eyesight you can always ask to move to a table that has better lighting. However, if you are looking for romantic and dark ambiance , they also have pockets of areas where it is more isolated and more intimate. It is quiet with mostly 1960s music playing but not too loud where you can't hear the other person. We ordered the never-ending pasta and if you are to strategize keep in mind that the first plate is the largest plate. So if your plan is to have more than just one, I would get the rigatoni and the sauce first. No protein and then for your second you can add protein and then also have the denser pasta such as fettuccine and spaghetti. The other thing to take note of is that the protein can be chicken, meatballs, or sausage. It is $4.99 to add on but once you add, it's never ending protein as well.. You can also switch between those three. I want to mention that it was my partner's birthday and I mentioned to the waiter that I wanted to do his birthday. So I picked one of the desserts which was the tiramisu and not only did they do the happy birthday. They also comped the dessert. That was amazing and very kind. Especially since the desserts are $10 and higher.

Great food & service, only problem I have is the temp is always child in there and the front glass doors are always filled with finger prints yet there's always someone standing at the front waiting for customers. Why not clean them., I know they see it too.
