I mentioned that one of the ladies I was dining with was her birthday. For one, they forgot to bring her lunch order, & 2 when they did, it was all soggy. We were done eating by the time they brought her food. Come on!

I took my family to eat and it was a horrible experience because of the waitress Rose V. We asked her questions and she answered angrily. The manager on duty, named John, was very kind. She took a dish with a hair on it off the bill and the waitress added it back. I had no problem and paid for it. She demanded a tip from me, which I refused because of the unpleasant treatment she gave us. She went and told her colleague that we were terrible customers. We will never return.

Good food but Everything is to Salty. Customer service is good but you can tell there is a high turnover.

Great lunch today. I don't remember the name of our waiter but he did a phenomenal job. I don't think you'd be ever. Beverages got more than half empty.

EDIT: Went back again today and had amazing service from Yaire and Karina (manager). Food was great and service was on point. We felt very attended to. Wanted to come back and change my review because a redemption was absolutely necessary. We stopped coming for a while to this location because of our last experience but decided to give it a shot today. I’m so glad we did. Tried the stuffed ziti frittata which I would highly recommend. It was delicious and cooked perfectly and both our drinks were excellent. We didn’t sit at the bar this time but noticed the same bar tender was there from the last time we were here and she always does an amazing job.
FIRST REVIEW: I never leave reviews but I will this time because I’m not happy with how we were greeted or spoken to by the hostess and potentially hostess manager in the front. Walking in they were busy, granted I don’t expect to get greeted immediately however there was zero greeting from the hostess and she just asked “for two?” It’s as if she didn’t want to be there. We said yes and she told us the wait was 20 minutes. That was fine because whenever me and my husband go to this Olive Garden, we sit at the bar. We love the bartenders and the service over there and we want to watch sports. She told us again that it would be 20 minutes but there was absolutely no one at the bar. That’s when the hostess manager walks up and my husband says but there is no one at the bar. The hostess manager didn’t greet us at all or ask us what the issue was, just came up with a nasty attitude looked back at the bar and said well if that’s what you want, we’ll follow you. She didn’t even follow us. We sat ourselves at the bar like we typically do. I’m just upset because I love this Olive Garden because the bartenders are always amazing and I don’t think I’ve had a bad hostess experience in Vegas in the 6 years that I’ve been here. Granted it could’ve been our clothing choice for the evening but it’s Olive Garden. I expect a smile and a how r u at the very least. I’m not expecting the most immaculate service in the world. As we proceeded to get served by the most amazing bartender and I believe another manager, this hostess walked past us and started at us for the duration of our meal. Maybe it wasn’t her intention but I noticed she went right back to the front after we left. Tonight she was wearing a white floral shirt with a blonde pony tail and glasses. Hopefully she can be spoken to about her attitude cus she did not make me feel welcome or comfortable in a place that I frequent.

They speak everything in English…
There is no way to change the language…
The pastas are delicious but…
They tend to have a dairy taste and do not have good seasoning…
The place inside is very well decorated but it does not have a good atmosphere and from the outside it looks the same as any other restaurant…
The prices are not that expensive but not cheap either…
An Alfredo pasta costs about 25 dollars and a slice of chocolate cake costs approximately 15 dollars…
Kid-friendliness: Yes, the whole family can come.

Sat in the bar area. There was a beeper going off every minute or two. Thought I was in the hospital hooked up to a machine. Very annoying. Trying to enjoy my daughters birthday dinner, so didn't say anything. Seafood fettuccine smelled funny but maybe it was the cheese. It's been a few hours and I didn't get sick so it was just me, I guess. Dawn was a great waitress. Dessert, chocolate mousse was great. Soups were delicious.
