They were super awesome and nice! They found a table for 8 of us in about 10 mins! And served us really fast 👍

Me and my Husband love to order Olive Garden here and there he always gets the chicken chicken Alfredo and I will get the five cheese ziti with one meatball in it. He’ll get the salad as a side and I will order the ganache soup. Customer service is always great. The employees are always very kind and helpful always with a smile.

We had a very large group of extended family and I think that was the best Olive Garden experience I’ve ever had. Our waitresses/waiter were so patient and kind and friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We never wanted for anything. They were quick and always had refills coming on drinks and salads and breadsticks without us having to ask even though it was busy and there were a lot of us. Our food came out quick and was delicious and the overall atmosphere was delightful. Really great service!
The breadsticks were hard and not very fresh. The service with refills was very slow.

Customer service and waiters always are terrible at the nellis location. The lunch specials are ok but the prices and rubber noodles could be ok if customer service made up for it. Bread sticks are always hard at this location as well.

Jessica was the most amazing ever she was so nice from the beginning made sure we had drinks and food super fast. Hire more people like her!!!

Service was very poor, the server didn't even come and check on us or even wish my daughter happy birthday, when we told her it was her birthday. Love Olive garden but the service could have been much better.
I waited an extra 25 minutes for my order, so I genuinely thought there was no way it could be messed up. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:30, but I didn’t receive it until 6:55. I ordered the shrimp misto, but when I got home, I found calamari in the bag instead.
Yes, I should have double-checked before leaving, but after waiting that long, the least I expected was for the order to be accurate—especially since shrimp misto and calamari aren’t exactly similar items. I paid for shrimp misto, which also costs more, and instead got something I didn’t want.
What makes it more frustrating is that I had been craving the shrimp misto, spent almost $40, and then had to come home to the wrong appetizer. Plus…I ordered a well done steak which is literally listed on the order. My steak is no where near well done. I’m not driving all the way back and letting the rest of my food get cold just to fix a mistake that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Really disappointing experience. What a waste of money at this point.

The food is good (especially with „endless“ refills - we just had one portion, which was already more than enough :D) and our waiter Devan was such a sweetheart! We really enjoyed this stay especially with his wonderful presence and his kind behavior!
