I always eat at this olive garden because it’s close to my home but let me tell you my experience on December 11, 2025. My husband and i had a dinner date here we both got alfredo pasta with soup. After our dinner we headed home to sleep, mind you we didn’t eat all day because we were both at work and we only ate at Olive Garden for a dinner date. when we got home, me and my husband felt so sick literal stomach cramps, throwing up nausea, diarrhea, and this continued on the whole night and we’re still sick the next morning. obviously i called the next morning to speak with a manager to see what we could do and told her my situation how this has never happened to me before. I’ve never complained to any place before, but this was just ridiculous. And the manager, Karen Jones had the nerve to deny that me and my husband even got sick from Olive Garden when that was the only food we had ate. obviously they’re going to deny it because they don’t want to take accountability (not a surprise) she just offered me a gift card. Do you really think I’m going back to that Olive Garden after that happed yeah no thank you. if I could give a zero star review I would only for the food. The service is always great. My server was amazing, left her a great tip but other than that the manager was horrible at handling this situation. so please save your money and go somewhere else where you will not be sick the next day.

Me and my boyfriend came here for the first time for our 6 year anniversary and we waited 20 minutes and then tried to wave Someone down to get our order and not a single person was in sight. Then people got seated after us and served. So we ended up leaving very heartbroken. Didn’t even get drinks.

Our last visit this weekend was less than mediocre. Soup watered down and had zero pasta in it (ordered pasta fagoli). Brought me a second bowl and again had no pasta- had to ask my server for a side- is it not PASTA fagoli anymore? Ordered Spaghetti with meat sauce entree. Had marinara sauce on it with zero meat. Had them remake it and when he brought it back it was in a small pasta bowl refill bowl (I did not order the pasta bowl). I declined a refill because at this point the rest of my party was already done. Thankfully the server made a deal by knocking down my entrée 's price. Otherwise I would have been asking to speak to the manager. Every time I visit this location recently the food has been subpar, expect more from The Olive Garden.

I ordered a delivery order the other day for fettuccine Alfredo add mushrooms for an extra 3$ with zuppa toscana soup and paid 5$ for extra breadsticks. If you like food and care about flavor, this isn’t your spot. The food was nothing special, the fettuccine was overcooked, not saucy enough, and not seasoned well so very bland, the soup tasted like breakfast sausage inside a watery bath with mushy potatoes and bitter kale and the breadsticks were hard. I’m very upset I ordered extra because I’ve heard they are known for being soft and warm- for some, the best part and that’s what I was really looking forward to. They were very chewy as well. Not for me. I won’t be going back to spend 20$+ per person, there are better Italian places for less money. Tastes like they make the food for kids and older people who have sensitive digestive systems. Way too expensive for the quality. I ended up paying about 40$ for my order total because of delivery fees and taxes and tip.

We arrived and were seated by 4:00. The waiter took our order within 10 min of being seated. Then we waited and waited for our food. We had to ask for refills. We had to ask why 3 families that sat down after us were already eating their meals when ours hadn’t been delivered. One of the managers came to our table and when we tried to explain she just talked over me. Once our food finally arrived it wasn’t the correct order. They offered a free dessert but when it was time to pay they forgot that it was offered. I then explained we didn’t want a dessert but I asked if they could discount 10%. The waiter went to ask and didn’t return so we ended up paying full price for a meal that took too long to get and an order that was not correct.
