Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Overall what you would expect from a chain restaurant. Watch out for some of the wait staff as they will upsell you on alcohol used in drinks but won't tell you of the upsell cost. Asked for a Sicilian sunrise and the waitress only offered Kettle One or Grey Goose, not the New Amsterdam on the menu. Cost an additional $2.75 per drink with no notice.
Additionally the food arrived luke warm and the bread was dry and solid. Waited for first order of soup and then before even finished our main dishes came out so we didn't get much time to actually eat.

We usually eat here once or twice a month lately. I usually either get the steak and swap the fettuccine for angel hair and butter or for fries. My husband gets the chicken, I think it's a tortellini...he shares it with our two year old daughter or she gets the kids mac and cheese. We often get soft drinks like peach tea and sprite. We also often get desserts including the chocolate cake and black tie cake. We've had almost every dessert here though and they are all good. The servers and hosts are normally good here. All polite and helpful. Our experience has never been really poor other than once my steak came out wrongly cooked twice but it's my fault for getting steak at a pasta place so I didn't take it too seriously. The bathrooms usually could be cleaned a little better. Not horrible but needs attention slightly more often. We also stopped getting the booster seat for our daughter bc they are often broken and really dirty (not wiped down at all) ....overall I'd recommend this location. I think every one has mainly had OG at least once so you know what you are getting. This location delivers on service and the food you come to expect. E.g. you don't go to OG for authentic Italian food...you are getting chain food for sure but they deliver on that well so we go for a good non frills family friendly meal.

Kid-friendliness: 2 year old daughter likes the mac and cheese and breadstick. The servers in my experience have obliged my request to bring out her food earlier.

My kids love coming here. It wasn’t the best. Service a little slow. I added chicken to my pasta and it was gummy/chewy. My kids Mac and cheese looked like it sat for a long time under a warmer.

We were seated in the bar area, so I think we were forgotten (we waited awhile for each soup, salad, and water refill)

This is a nice olive garden. It's suuuuuper crowded in the evenings, especially on the weekends, so there can be a bit of a wait and/or can feel a little cramped. But!! The food is always hot and really delicious when it comes out though! especially the calamari 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 service is pretty nice too, not too slow, waiters will ask to refill stuff often. Everyone is super polite and the management is lovely. the shopping center around it is also really nice so it's a plus.

Horrible experience....we came in, sat down & ordered our food and waited. Two couples who came in after us ordered, received their food, and were leaving before we received our order. It was ridiculous. Will not be returning.

Jose And D Have given me and my family the most wonderful experience and memories, and if you’ve ever wondered is there a limit to how much cheese you can put on your pasta or soup the answer is no limit ? Also didn’t have hot cocoa on the menu but Jose went above and beyond brought me a delicious hot cocoa Our service was incredible truly an experience and one of my new favorite memories, D without even being asked brought out a whole cup full off the mint chocolates for me and my family Truly the most wonderful restaurant experience i have ever had and such wonderful laughs shared with the staff.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is beyond amazing willing to go above and beyond.

Great service! Our waitress was amazing! Fast and friendly! Food was good, the hostess maybe needed to get an attitude check but other than that it was an amazing time!
