Flew into Vegas on my way to Utah but needed to fuel up with a nice, classic American breakfast. Found this place on Google and wanted to give it a shot.

The breakfast portion of the menu is large, with almost 20 different omelets to choose from. All of them are categorized as their gigantic and they do not disappoint. Bring your appetite or someone to help share the burden. The potato crisps are a nice touch and you also have the option of having homemade pumpkin or banana bread, which looked delicious. I was trying to keep the sugar low and went with the wheat toast.

Food was well-prepared, seasoned well and served quickly. The service was outstanding! Every server there kept checking in on the quality of the food, my water and my coffee.

The decor was more akin to a 70s or 80s type of breakfast diner, which was a nice touch. You feel like you're stepping back in time and away from the fancy restaurants on the strip.

Definitely check this place out if you need a big breakfast for whatever adventures you have lined up!

The restaurant is large and intricate, and it was a little difficult to find your way from the entrance to your table.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice.
We ordered order No.24 “Farmer Juan” and No.25 “Jally Green Giant”.
Desserts are pumpkin bread and banana bread.
They were delicious, but the portions were so large that we couldn't finish them and had to take half home.

Amazing place to have breakfast. The food was great, and the service was prompt. Serving sizes are ample, and their banana bread and pumpkin bread that you can get with breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back.

If every business were as good of a version of itself as this place is of itself this country would be a decent place to live. Crazy good food and service. Definitely recommended.

Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Staff work together refilling coffee picking up the plates. Establishment was clean, food was good. There is no kids breakfast menu server recommended making it a junior size. Portion sizes were big server stated they put six eggs in each regular size omelette. All omelette can be made into a junior size except the kitchen sink.

Amazing breakfast at the Omelet House. The food and service were both top notch. Not surprisingly, the omelet was fantastic, and huge, so I recommend splitting one. Also highly recommend the corned beef hash and banana bread. This will be a must go breakfast place every time I am in Vegas.
