If you like breakfast all day, this is the spot. The omelet menu is incredible! So many to choose from. Nice welcoming place with a nice atmosphere. The service was quick, food was delicious and love the LaVazza coffee & banana bread 😋

I have been looking for a great place to eat brunch with my family and we found it here. The menu has plenty of options, very tasty food, great portions, not a long wait, great service, and our young kids loved it.

This place was busy and the food was fantastic. I never leave google reviews, but I was highly impressed with the quality of service, food and efficiency of the staff. My waitress (Rihannon??sp.) kept my water filled constantly. She had an amazingly positive attitude despite the overwhelming number of orders to deliver to tables. Highly recommended!

Called 10 times. Waited a few minutes called another 2. They took the phone off the line. Unprofessional.
My husband and I stopped in for breakfast this morning. We each had omelets, each bringing half of it home for another meal. They were delicious, big and filling. I mentioned to our server that the hash browns were cold not expecting anything other than sharing information but they brought out a fresh, hot plate of them. They were even offering a piece of banana bread for the inconvenience but we insisted they had already made it right. This breakfast was probably one of the best we have had in recent memory. This is a great place with great service and we will be back.

Lesson learned. If you're going to a place that has a specific type of food in the name of the restaurant get that type of food don't venture out. We ordered the steak and eggs and split it and we asked for the steak medium clearly not medium. I'm not sure what type of steak this was but it was definitely thin It was all right taste wise but it definitely wasn't a ribeye or a sirloin. It was one of the cheaper cuts of meat. Now if I was playing 18 bucks I can understand a cheaper cut of meat but this special was $26. It came with a very small portion of hash browns and two eggs and then of course your side of bread. The people were friendly the place was bumping and we wanted to try it simply because it had a lot of great reviews. If we ever try this place again we definitely will not be getting the steak and eggs. People who had omelets clearly knew what was up and they honestly looked good compared to the steak and eggs we got.
I will say the table we were set at had a little bowl full of coffee creamer most of which I've been used and put back in the bowl 🤷 not sure where they left that trash on the table but there it was. Little details go a long way in any business whether it's restaurant or otherwise.
Purely because of the reviews I would like to give this place another go and try an omelette to see if it's all it's cracked up to be.
Food okay. Service...although we went at a busy time, by the time we got our food. 4 items were cold. Servers tried to accommodate and they replaced it with hot food. Also noticed many tables were not bussed timely when patrons left.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Omlettes were stail and use of powdered eggs. Reminded me of military chow hall. Excessive cheese (American) grade D you use for cheap grilled cheese.
Not to mention the forgot my add on of bacon, extra egg on another dish, and a Mr Pibb...which is hard to find so false advertising....

Omelette Cafe Skye Canyon is one of my favorite breakfast spots in the area. The place has a warm, welcoming vibe, and the staff always make you feel right at home. The food is consistently great—especially their creative omelettes and the stuffed French toast (a must-try if you have a sweet tooth!). Portions are generous, and everything is fresh and full of flavor. It’s clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxed morning meal. Highly recommend if you’re in the neighborhood!
