On Demand Sushi Southern Highlands

Our waitress Larissa was rude from the beginning. We got there at 8:30 assuming they were still serving since the webpage stated they were open until 10, she made it a point that it was at their discretion and were closing soon.
Two orders were never given to us and one was missed.
The rolls we did receive were amazing and just like how we remembered. The other staff were friendly and helpful.
I was a bit surprised when we were ready to pay, the waitress asked the other table if they wanted something else before the kitchen closed, I didn’t appreciate that we were rushed but others were given better service.
A bit disappointed. We were regulars before we had left Vegas, and were excited to be back..

I can literally cry! I just moved here, i dont know anything or anyone but what i do know is i have been craving good sushi for so long (specifically dragon tiger roll)🥺 i ordered today and it was the best roll ive had in a good 1year+ ! Im so sad a shared😭 thankyou so much for making great food for great price i got the 2 for 20 -fabianna update i went back the same exact day to get another two rolls for myself🥲

This place is understaffed and takes 20 min to get your food and I was the first customer at 11am, server girl looked pissed like I am eating too much. She was rude and told me you have to finish all the rice I order nigiri and was 90% rice 10% fish all their food is made with too much rice to fill you up quickly so they can charge you more for left over. Not to mention the options were small compared to Chinatown they had skewers and more Grilled plates. I order no rice roll instead of giving you fish they fill up the plate with 1 lb of crab imitation in mayo is disgusting and ayce is $43 per person to start off

Was just completely ignored by the servers for 10 minutes and ended up leaving. No drink offer. No hello except from the sushi chef. Literally completely ignored. I'm super disappointed because I have been coming here for years.

Just tried to place an order at 8:34pm and they didn’t take it and said they were closed. Even though it says they are closing at 10pm.

Didn’t even get to try the food. Just called to ask about a reservation and the rude lady just blatantly hung up on me. If their food is anything like their phone etiquette, I’ll pass.

Nice little place. Our server was great and we always had a full drink. Was kinda quiet early on (Monday around 11:30am), but it picked up after 12:30pm.

Wish I could recommend the food. The rolls we ate were tasty, but the ramen needs work... It was served lukewarm, the noodles were overcooked (had the consistency and mouth feel of microwaved instant ramen), and the protein was lost in the soup on the bottom. Couple that with the nori seaweed being served to us on the side and my wife finding an eggshell in her soup...yeah. It definitely needs help.

Good place, but stick to the rolls and sushi.

If you’re hunting for sushi that actually hits the spot — this is the place.
Every roll we tried looked fresh, tasted even better, and was served with care. The Philly roll was a standout — creamy, balanced, and beautifully presented. But the surprise favorite? The deep-fried roll. Lightly crispy outside, melty inside — absolutely delicious.
The fish was fresh and everything felt thoughtfully made. I’d come back in a heartbeat.
