Once I had my first protein shake. I knew that this place was gonna be my go to protein place.The protein shakes and the protein bars are so delicious and the owner and staff are very nice.i highly recommend this place.
While in Las Vegas I visited Cookie Plug and the cookies were great! I took some home and reheated them in the oven and they were like fresh baked cookies. will definitely be back for more.

Thanks Nick and Kera for making my first visit so enjoyable!I spoke with Kera and they have a secret cereal menu posted at their register. It all sounded amazing and it was hard to decide, but I ordered a vanilla soft serve base with strawberry, pina colada, and mango. It was absolutely delicious.This time I didn’t get protein in mine but I definitely will when I’m just coming off of a workout.Looking forward to going back for protein and pre workouts.
