Good selection of classic and fusion ramen dishes. We had shrimp tempura and baked cheese curry (chicken) udon.

Wow! Wish I lived closer to this place, the food is simply fantastic. Fresh, hot, simple, flavorful and great textures. My party got here riiight before a huge dinner rush. Service was friendly but quite strapped so it was a bit slow, but the food came quickly once we placed our orders.

Best udon noodles in the city! Their noodles are handmade and fresh. The unagi and rice dish is also very delicious.

What a nice place!!! After some frustrating experiences that day, I decided to take a chance for a quick lunch. I was with my service dog and typical Las Vegas, I was expecting grief, but no, the lady just guided me to the bar. The food was fantastic, was quick, and people approached me to talk about my dog, Bentley. The best $30 lunch!!! Will definitely be back!

Food was very simple but flavorful! Service was amazing! I wish they had one of their restaurants in NorCal because I would be a regular customer?

Soooo good. We had kitsune udon, eel roll, takoyaki and some mango pudding. It’s not your cookie cutter basic fare. They’re doing it right!

I cannot rave enough about my experience here. First time and the food was to die for. Everything was impeccably fresh. I got the Ginger broth Udon, Chicken Teriyaki and Rice and their Salmon sushi roll. All I can say is - wow. The salmon roll was incredible - so fresh and such incredible flavor. Service was incredible. We didn't wait long at all (max 10 mins) and went last minute. Everything was amazing and would absolutely want to eat here again!

Small restaurant with really creative unique and traditional udon dishes.Better than Marukame in Hawaii for sure since each bowl is made fresh to order.Beef sukiyaki signature dish - so many layers of flavor, but meat was super tough to chew through even though it was cut thin. I love how they cut their green onions. Really authentic. Broth had a strong bonito flavor, so if you don't like fish, this dish may not be for you.Baked curry cheese udon with chicken thigh and brocolli. The broth was perfect. Not too thick, not too watery. Shrimp tempura was light, hot and crispy. I would order it again.Mackeral was meaty and moist and came with grated daikon. $40 for lunch for 2.We'll be back to try other things on the menu.

My husband found this udon restaurant during our Vegas trip. I had stomach ache at that time so it was perfect meal for me. The staff were all nice and felt Japanese hospitality. We ordered Beef Sukiyaki Udon and Wakame Udon. Both were delicious! Price was surprisingly reasonable. Highly recommended.

This place made me feel soooo relaxed. The food was so filled with love that I began to get very sleepy. This place should have a long line out the door and down las vegas blvd. I'm a 9 year professional tour guide and I so recommend this place.Eli from ONE DAY TOURS

You can depend on a solid bowl of udon here at Oodle Noodle! There are a bunch of options to try udon, which I see as their star item. I enjoy mine with dashi broth, poached eggs, and tempura flakes. Udons come out quickly, and service is quick. I can be in and out with a full belly! The regular size of the noodles is a good portion. I do wish there were more appetizer options.
