The food here is SO GOOD! I like to visit this vendor at the Fresh52 farmers market on Sunday mornings in Henderson after I walk my dog. I normally intermittent fast and don’t eat until 4pm on most days - well I break my regimen when I am able to visit their food stand because it is THAT good! The women running this stand are the absolute sweetest, and the food is always fresh and top notch. I get the rice ball trio with salmon, spicy salmon, and eel - and they just melt in your mouth. I would highly recommend this and just know you won’t be disappointed! Thank you ladies for always being so positive and wonderful, and for always making me happy with your amazing food! 10/10 highly recommended! 💛

Warm rice balls are my favorite snack. Bought 2 sets of 3. Just happen to find them at Green Valley Ranch. I loved the rice very umami. The Omusubi was savory with the filling, I believe I had beef and chicken, and a vegan option in my set.
