This was my second time visiting this location. The first time I ordered an orange Julius it was fine,no complaints. The second time visiting was today,ordered strawberry banana julius and was handed a warm drink. Immediately returned to the shop to request a refund. Was told there are no refunds which is odd because it doesn't say it on the receipt. So the only other option was to have it made over. The drink is disgusting. Light hint of strawberry,no banana and not sweet at all. There was no way I would trust them to make it a third time. I could not finish the drink.Dodge this location. Didn't see the reviews before going,big mistake.

Got a large smoothie here fist time, it's just sugar can't taste the fruits or anything but sugar 11 bucks of sugar. And kids take order and walk to back after every order while 3 other bodies are in the back. The work efficiency is very poor and feels unprofessional. But still 11 bucks for sugar flavored smoothie ?? my only concern.

Stopped here between appointments to grab a quick lunch. I did not realize it was only an ice cream Dairy Queen and not a grill so my bad. We did decide to order drinks and chili cheese dogs in the interest of time. We ordered one Orange Julius and one root beer with 2 chili cheese dogs. We received 2 Orange Julius and 2 hot dogs covered in ice cold chili and shredded cheese. We were the only customers at the time and there were 2 employees. I asked why they used cold chili and the guy said, "I put it in the microwave". I don't think he hit the start button or maybe the chili started out frozen. He offered to make us 2 new hot dogs, but we passed. I walked to the trash near the door to dump the food and when I turned around, they were in the back just laughing away.

The girls working on 4/11 were absolutely wonderful! Called me an hour after UberEats order placed to see if I knew what was happening. Once the order was cancelled by the UberEats driver I was able to go pick up myself which I should have done from the get go!!!!

Came in for a free small blizzard for international ice cream day, had some trouble getting the app to work correctly at first, so it took a while before it worked, but it did after a little while. Staff tried to help me, but didn't know what to do to make it work. I don't really blame them for anything though. The app just takes forever to work right, which was the only annoyance I had. Other than that, it was great.

Very dirty!! Our shoes were sticking to the floor, stuff all over the tables we had to get our melted, dripping blizzards to go which was apparently irritating to the rude 12 year old cashier � 100% will NOT be back to this pitiful location
