Stopped here between appointments to grab a quick lunch. I did not realize it was only an ice cream Dairy Queen and not a grill so my bad. We did decide to order drinks and chili cheese dogs in the interest of time. We ordered one Orange Julius and one root beer with 2 chili cheese dogs. We received 2 Orange Julius and 2 hot dogs covered in ice cold chili and shredded cheese. We were the only customers at the time and there were 2 employees. I asked why they used cold chili and the guy said, "I put it in the microwave". I don't think he hit the start button or maybe the chili started out frozen. He offered to make us 2 new hot dogs, but we passed. I walked to the trash near the door to dump the food and when I turned around, they were in the back just laughing away.

The girls working on 4/11 were absolutely wonderful! Called me an hour after UberEats order placed to see if I knew what was happening. Once the order was cancelled by the UberEats driver I was able to go pick up myself which I should have done from the get go!!!!

You wouldn't believe it, this place makes the best chili cheese hot dog and chicken bacon sandwich.
Came in for a free small blizzard for international ice cream day, had some trouble getting the app to work correctly at first, so it took a while before it worked, but it did after a little while. Staff tried to help me, but didn't know what to do to make it work. I don't really blame them for anything though. The app just takes forever to work right, which was the only annoyance I had. Other than that, it was great.

Very dirty!! Our shoes were sticking to the floor, stuff all over the tables we had to get our melted, dripping blizzards to go which was apparently irritating to the rude 12 year old cashier � 100% will NOT be back to this pitiful location

I get that when I was in the store it was about 45 ish minutes till closing and you got a little busy. I ordered 4 things. All 4 were horribly made. The ice cream was soup by the time we got home (7 minute drive). The cups were overfilled, and when you removed the cap ice cream went everywhere! And none of my blizzards were served upside down, I wonder why!

Not clean. the girl behind the counter took our money and then without washing her hands grabbed a box of spoons barehanded and refilled them, touching all over the bottom where you eat off of. Also- neither employee was wearing a hair net.
