Worth the trip off the strip for authentic dim sum and trolleys that run to the tables during all open hours. Be adventurous ! The best food may be something you have never tried. Food taste and quality is excellent and a fraction of what you will pay a commercial kitchen on the strip that is just trying to copy this authentic food. Excellent.

Let the buyer beware. I order a lot of take out and some orders were only 2 pieces instead of three. They said only 2 pieces and I went back today and showed there were three pieces on the photo. They refused to provide me the extra piece and also refused my new order and after 30 minutes finally took my order but I ordered only one item instead of more as they said it was my responsibility to check my order and I had no desire to count each piece so I ordered one order. Last time I asked for 4 chopsticks and they provided only one fork and I asked for hot sauce and no hot sauce. This time, I checked my order and no hot sauce. I will complete my dim sum order at YUM CHA on Decatur )cross street Tropicana). Here you should also have the menu with prices as they mark a higher item price than what you order. Nasty attitude here. I'm also Chinese and will admit that some Chinese restaurants, like this one, try to save money by cheating customers.
Everyone is always friendly and attentive

I ordered shrimp fried rice and shrimp egg foo young. The rice was good, the shrimp was small. The foo young was ok. The gravy was bland .

This place has decent dim sum and I like it better than some other fancy places that most people always mentioned in the foodie scene. It is not fancy and the services are hit and miss but the one item I really like here is the chicken feet. Yup, that’s the one item I would/will always return for cuz they are good here!
The serve dim sum thru the carts and it gets crowded here sometimes so make sure you plan ahead to get in the queue! They will give you a number for your party and while they move fast, sometimes it does take 20 min or so before you are seated.
They have the usual dim sum items here and I the last time I was here, I noticed some tables order their menu items instead of the dim sum. That gives me another incentive to come back for more chicken feet and explore non dim sum items later!
They have all kinds of goodies in their carts and it’s better of you come in a large group so you get to try different things easily. We always grab the usual items and extra chicken feet cuz we really like how they cook it here.
Don’t expect top of the line customer service here but the wait staff do try to attend to you as best as they can. What you want is how often those carts come around so you can get the items you want and those ladies do make their way over to your table as much as they can.
Overall, it’s decent, come early to beat the queue and come hungry! lol

Our go to for dim sum. Carts with all kinds of dim floating around the restaurant. Taste was quite good. We go back pretty frequently. The service could be a little more friendly.

Horrible quality of food and the cart ladies were rude and inpatient. Not coming back again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The employees at this location clearly do not care about customer experience.
We came as a party of five and were told we couldn’t sit together due to COVID restrictions. That was fine—we completely understood and agreed to sit separately and pay separately. However, they still marked us as a party of five on the paper slip and added a service fee, even though we weren’t seated or served as a group.
When we asked for clarification, no one could give us a real explanation. Instead, it turned into a back-and-forth argument between the staff and us. We asked to speak with the manager, but the staff refused to get them.
None of it made sense, and the way the situation was handled was completely unprofessional.
I ordered shrimp fried rice & got just steamed rice with no shrimp? I’m not going back.
