The fact that this place has 3.7 stars is mind blowing. I don’t know how you screw up chicken fingers but this place figured it out. Maybe if they changed out their grease, they would taste better.

The Chicken Strips/Tenders were the ABSOLUTE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD !!! Made other 3 family member each eat 1 and ALL AGREED they were THE BEST !!! They were HOT (temperature), the FRESHEST CHICKEN, and the LIGHT CRISPY FRIED "BATTER/COATING is what took them over the top ! Loved the dipping sauce, too. Fries were HOT and CRISPY, too ! And free refills on the drink were an appreciated bonus ! Manager Alexandra and employee Oscar were friendly and hard-working !

Had the chicken sandwich which is 2 chicken tenders on a bun with shredded lettuce and their special sauce. Overpriced but it's Vegas so as expected on price but couldn't anything to the sandwich. Everything we asked they told us no: onion, tomato, cheese, pickles

If you love chicken tenders... save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. As well as the outrageous prices they charge, the chicken itself was pitiful and the breading was falling apart. This is Vegas though...so if you wanna take a gamble go ahead.

Don't be fooled. The chicken sandwich has 2 pitiful tenders. The real prices are $3 greater than the website menu.

Went for a quick bite and chose 4 tender option plus drink. Would say the experience was ok, service ok, chicken ok, did not get coleslaw but sure had ordered it. Lemonade was too sweet for me. At $25 not the cheapest option either for one.

The offerings here are solid for a food court joint! I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries. Order came out in a short amount of time. I requested my sauces on the side but the chicken had enough flavor on it that it wasn't even necessary to use them. Look forward to another visit the next I am in town.

We ordered the Original Texas Toast Tender Sandwich & Fresh Cut Fries ($15.99) and Five Tenders with Original Sauce & Fresh Cut Fries ($16.90) to go. The sandwich was good. However, the tenders were packed very badly. The food was simply placed in a brown paper bag with no covering and the sauce on the chicken leaked through the bag. It was a mess. Most of the hot honey sauce ended up on the bag and on my lap, there was barely any left on the chicken tenders. The fries were salty. This was a disappointing experience and I would suggest they improve their customer service and quality for the $36 dollars I paid for both meals.

The food was pretty good, the tenders were crunchy and the sauce was delicious.

I was actually amazed at their food quality coming from a food court spot! I'm sure the Original Chicken Tender was the best option compared to what was around (hot dog, pizza, sandwich). I got the new hot honey tenders 3PC combo. It came with fries, toast and their signature sauce. First, the fries were skinny and perfectly fried. Chicken tender though? I actually liked them better than Cane's for a reference. It had a light, crispy fry and the inside was hot and tender. The sauce itself was delicious, sweet at first and then you feel the kick afterward. Only complaint I would have is there was way too much sauce on the chicken. Instead of it being tossed or coated, it looks like they took a ladle and poured sauce all over the chicken. The toast was good, I mean bread is usually always good. And their sauce tasted like canes with more garlic. I saw that they got negative reviews because of service. When we went the service was fine. They were nice and friendly and served our food quickly. The ambiance is loud since it's the food court inside the Luxor. Overall I really enjoyed it and will be coming back if we're ever in the area.

Best option in the food court. Forget the skimpy Chinese portions and huge tasteless slices of pizza. Get the tenders. We tried the chicken tenders and the sandwich. The tenders were flavorful and crispy. The sandwich was OK. The shoestring fries went along perfectly.

I went to the location at the mgm and it was terrible. the older lady taking my order was very rude. when she slid my food down. she didn't put the original sauce or toast in it. O asked for my chicken to be crispy and they made the fries hard as hell. I asked for a1 honey mustard and said I would pay. she threw in two and wouldn't give me a sauce which I offered to pay for as well. I mentioned that the toast wasn't in there, then she carried it in her hand with gloves and threw it in the bag. An associate apologized for her behavior and gave me two for free sauces. The food was disgusting and service was terrible!! I will be contacting corporate or a manager !
