Waited 13 minutes in the drive thru. Haned me my food. Almost forgot my drink. Food was so nasty, fry was gross. First time there and last time

Horrible I went through a drive through ask for a double Bacon Cheeseburger with light sauce.If she argued with me 5 minutes about what sauce that is and a thousand island. Never mentioned anything about chili. There's no sign saying all the hamburgers come with chili. I opened up, there's chili all over it. I returned it and she said " well. You have to specify, " specify what.I made it clear that I want to double bacon.Cheeseburger with light thousand island sauce. Very gross very rude absolutely unpleasant.

Burger was horrible. If you're going to be an original Tommy's, then the pattie shouldn't be pre frozen and extra thin

Gross... I should have went to weinershintzel 🤷🏿 or gotten the regular cheeseburger. It really wasn't worth the price. Possibly their root beer floats maybe be good🤷🏿.. idk however it's going to be awhile before I try to find out.. 😂

Chili tasted old and food was put together sloppy/rushed. Customer service was great but the food quality was poor.

1 of the few places that I've never had an order messed up with wrong or missing food. We do the drive-thru about once every couple few months. Orders can take a a little bit of time but again hoping that means it's made to order and to me the Chili's good

I was excited to try this place out, it is in s sketchy area filled with homeless. Everything they sell is covered in thick chili-paste with a peanut butter like consistency, topped with thick pickle slices and a tomato slice. It doesn't matter what you order, rather a burger, hot dog, tamale, it will be smothered in the same chili and that's all it will taste like. The cheese on the fries was a flavorless plastic material. This was the worst burger I have ever had in my life of traveling the planet Earth.
