Great food and service! It reminds me of a popular Mexican restaurant that I frequent except this is way better and more fresh.

We have been coming to this location for quite some time. Unfortunately, the portions have gotten smaller as time goes on, but the prices keep going up. This location is inconsistent, the quality of your food depends on who is working. Quality has gotten noticeably worse over time as well. The picture attached is my final straw, I won't be returning here again.

Amazing place

This location always messes up my orders and it’s always the girls, the girls will sit here and still charge u for stuff that they didn’t put for example queso or guacamole, they forget lettuce or limes, and it’s literally an everytime thing. Some of the employees are amazing tho… all of the boys… the girls also have an attitude on them as if it’s my fault they’re working or something. I’m starting to hate this location especially when they’re there. The girl I’m really talking about is the Mexican female manager, she’s rude and doesn’t deserve that position at all.

Terrible customer service from every time I come in. It is the same two older mexican ladies with nasty attitudes: Majority of the time I come in they get my order wrong and try to charge me extra for something I didn’t ask for. This location is terrible wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered two steak bowls for pickup… received one correctly made bowl and one bowl missing steak. I guess it was my fault for trusting the store. 12.75 for a rice bowl. Utterly disappointing.

I like the surf and turf burrito. It's not a blast every time, but it's a good burrito. Seems to not always be the same size. But, other than my small rant, like/love the food.

Delicious, and great vegan protein options! Service was sub par, but we still enjoyed our food.

Comparing to zabaz 6 years ago. I see the decline, prices are more expensive than chipotle and somehow your portions got even smaller, maybe I got bad luck but every item we ordered was severely undersized compared to my previous visits. 17 dollars for…. A tiny

There is a hispanic female manager who is absolutely rude. I tried to give her the benefit, but after multiple visits she continues to be rude.
I think it needs to be addressed and she needs to be moved to a different location or receive further training.

This was my first time going to Ori’ Zabas. The staff was kind and friendly. The food tasted very good. I would’ve given them a 5 Star. Had they’ve known how to prepare a double toasted burrito properly ( Without it falling apart). My suggestion; Please grill the burrito. Not everyone, likes a soft tortilla.

The other reason for a 4 Star. Your staff should tell your customers, that there is $3.75 up charge for guacamole, one adds to the burrito. In other words inform your customers of what is included and what is not.

With that said. I will be returning to Ori’ Zabas in the near future. I want to commend; khelen, Adriana, Fernanda and Yordy. Thank you all , very much for your excellent service. I appreciate you.

Unfortunately zabas seems to have priced themselves out. $17 for a chicken burrito with guacamole and no drink is a gouge. That's more than five guys.

Staff seems to be miserable all the time but if the customer is paying this kind of money, then EVERYTHING needs to be better.

The staff, especially the manager, is consistently hostile, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere everytime I come here. She never greets, serves noticeably smaller portions, and insists on charging extra for even minor requests. I will no longer be visiting this franchise, despite my love for Ori'Zaba's. I will also be informing my family, who have lived in the Centennial Hills area for years, to avoid this location as well. I’ve seen plenty of reviews on here regarding the staff, management, and overcharging being an issue and it’s a shame that their upper management does nothing about it.

My most recent visit was particularly unacceptable. The manager (one of the employees in a grey shirt) argued with me after incorrectly charging and preparing my order. Instead of simply fixing the mistake and adjusting the price or just remaking what I asked for, she insisted on creating a back and forth argument between us with no solution and told me repeatedly that I'm wrong. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially in an area where customers are willing to pay for a quality experience. I strongly urge upper management to evaluate the leadership at this location. The Durango area deserves better than the consistently poor service this team provides.

They like to give out the wrong orders and then blame you for their mistake and refuse to make it right.
