This has been my favorite place out of the Chipotle copycat restaurants cause of the amount of options and the quality of their food. I have been going here for several years. However the past few experiences with their service have now ruined this place for me. I usually do a pickup order for my lunch break and allow 30 minutes before I arrive. The last few times they haven't even started making my order when I arrive. This causes me to spend my lunch break sitting around and then rushing back to work because of the bad service. This last time was so bad it made me write this Yelp review. Similar to previous experiences they hadn't started making my meal for a pickup order for my wife and I, making us wait for a bit. When we finally got our order, my wife found out her burrito was a mix of her order and mine. Like they read the options from hers at the beginning, then started reading and adding the options of my burrito towards the end. Since my wife and I have a totally different taste in food, it ended up being inedible for her. My burrito was made correctly, but the rice was so stale it added a nasty rock hard crunch. Worst experience I've had yet with this place. And probably will stop coming here.

Love the food been coming for years but I would really like to keep eating except, iam sorry because you make by taco you don't deserve a 20% tip I now go to el pollo loco they don't beg for money so zabas don't care how good your food is but the flip the screen and tip 20% cost you my buisness

The store is nice and clean, bathroom are clean! Friendly staff. Everything looks good even the food, but it doesn't taste good. I think it's a hit or miss here with the food! I came last week and it tasted great despite being a bit cold. The grilled shrimp is very hard to chew and tasted old, the sweet potatoes aren't cooked all the way it was super hard in the middle. The pinto beans lack flavor and salt. It's cold near the register so by the time I pay and sit to eat my food is COLD! I think I'll give it another chance at another location.

Great alternative Mexican food restaurant. Higher end fast food with Vegan options. The only thing they need to do now is eliminate the animal products and it would be perfection.The vegan queso an Jackfruit is fantastic.
