While the food was good service as far as getting in was very difficult. If one has a reservation you would expect to be seated remotely close to ones reservation. While having a texting system that “text when your table is ready” is really just a reminder that you have a reservation. We waited for 45 min after our reservation to be seated. I know some would say to just go somewhere else and believe me I wanted to. I couldn’t though as they took my credit card info for reservation...
I really enjoyed dining at Orla — the atmosphere is beautiful, the service was attentive, and most of the dishes were excellent. The appetizers and sides stood out the most, full of flavor and very well prepared. However, the main dish didn’t quite live up to the same level as the rest of the meal. Service was inattentive due to server being preoccupied with other customers. Server never even offered us drinks, forgot a few items we ordered, and was hard to flag down. Restaurant was not particularly crowded. Simply just not enough wait staff simply just not enough wait staff. The food was delicious, but the overall experience was quite disappointing. It was not at all luxurious. It's sort of felt like a fast food environment with really good food. Okay to choose...
