This was the best restaurant we have ever eaten at. So much so my boys ordered 2 meals of the Salmon and the rock appetizer. We are heartbroken that this restaurant is closing with the mirage and not relocating anywhere else! It is such a shame. We give it a 100 out of 10. So glad we got to enjoy it before it closed!
I'm an empty restaurant we had to wait over 35 minutes to get 12 sushis and then another 30 minutes for gyosas. It had no taste the server was absent at all time expect for the bill that was very very high for nothing burger .
This was our third time there and hopefully you'll re-open somewhere. Our server was OUTSTANDING (David?) , super knowledgeable on gluten sensitivity for a member of our party. We will miss you!
Overall, it was extremely disappointing. Upon walking into the restaurant there was a terrible smell of bad fish which led us to only order cooked food and not sushi. The chicken and shrimp skewers that we ordered were bad as well as the edamame. Not sure how edamame could be bad but we experienced it firsthand. 100 percent avoid this restaurant.
Don't go. It's too sweet and salty and it's hard to think of it as a hotel restaurant.

LIERS…besides of the very not nice welcome-happy hour till close time on big sign outside. They chef decided he don’t want to respect that, and not to take the sign off. They ask you nicely to leave if you don’t want to pay full price, when the big sign next to you says happy hour 9pm-close.Well

Not that my review will matter in a month and a half anyways. Sushi was ridiculously low on fish. Our grocery store sushi does a better job. Edamame was dry. $40 chicken katsu wasn't great and small.

Poor menu choices of rolls for a premium place. Sloppy presentation and preparation: pieces cut uneven, not well rolled. Falling apart easily. Signature rolls are laughable (spider roll is signature) and there is a choice of less than a dozen. Any street sushi place will put to shame this restaurant with much better quality at half price. Appetizer we had like tuna poke was again sloppy made, did not look appealing. Grilled octopus and asparagus were well cooked but over salted to my taste..

Such a fantastic meal and experience!Justin took excellent care of everything! The grilled octopus, the sweet and sour calamari were so phenomenally good!I loved the dragon roll mixed with the bbq sauce of the calamari. The decomposed Yuzu dessert cannot be missed!Come here if you're looking for some really delicious sushi!

Amazing restaurant inside Hard Rock (old Mirage). Skewers were all delicious, especially the Seabass. The Rock appetizer was interesting, basically a hot table side hot stone for grilled meats. Sushi was OK, but would skip it next time. Great atmosphere perfect for a date, prompt service, would definitely go back.

I was able to get a last min reso for my family before a show. I had no idea what to expect and was pleasantly surprised by what we received. It's a sharing style restaurant, however due to different food preferences, we all got our own meals. The sushi was top notch and that's impressive as I live in a place known for great sushi. I don't eat meat, but my husband does and had the waygu hot rock. He said hands down the best he's ever had. You get to cook the thin slices of beef on a hot rock right at your table. The Chilean seabass was so flavourful. Even the simple green salad had so much flavour. Our service was top notch. So friendly and welcoming. The food arrived extremely quickly, giving us plenty of time before our show. I would highly recommend eating here for one of your meals.
Vegetarian options: The garlic edemame was so good. I couldn't stop eating it
