Outback has quietly earned its spot as my favourite restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip. In a city where everything flashes, blares, and overwhelms, this place does the opposite. It brings you back to your senses, literally. You notice taste again, smell again, calm again. The room is cozy and muted, an intimate pocket of warmth tucked inside a city that rarely whispers. Soft furnishings swallow the noise, the lighting stays low, and for a moment you feel like you’ve stepped out...

We do not have outback’s where we live, the server made our evening.

11/15/25. My wife and I had a early lunch/ dinner here. Steak and shrimp for wife and salmon for myself, excellent. If on a budget great place to have a good meal with dessert. Came in just under$100 without alcohol. On the strip that is great. Our server will was fantastic and aided us in some decisions which turned out excellent. Highly recommend.
