Steaks, salads, and similar ' Australian themed' restaurant, on the ( UK) 3rd floor of the Coke Building on the Strip. Had sports on large TVs. Good steaks and salads ( I had the rib eye; my wife the sirloin). And, for us more importantly, they offer good gluten- free choices even though the server clearly didn't understand what gluten-free meant ( she brought us the usual bread roll accompaniment, which we declined!)
Kelly, our serve/bartender, truly spoiled us. Her exceptional service has made us eager to return to this location. She treated us with utmost importance and ensured that every word we spoke was heard and acknowledged. Outback should prioritize hiring and rewarding employees like Kelly, who consistently demonstrate their dedication and commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This will not only retain loyal customers like us but also attract new ones.
I know it seems a little counterintuitive to come to an outback right on the Vegas strip, but I got to say this was a super solid meal. I had a sirloin steak and chicken breast with a baked potato on the side and asparagus. My wife had a similar dish. Big meal, great price, cook well, and super tasty. If you don't feel like spending a million dollars at a steakhouse with a big name on it, this is a really good choice.
