We were a party of three. All of our orders were mixed up. I had my sisters fried shrimp instead of coconut shrimp. She had grilled shrimp instead of fried shrimp, my brother in law had my loaded mashed potatoes instead of a baked potato. I told the server I was given fried shrimp instead of coconut which I gave to my sister. Then I realized I had no second side at all which should have been the loaded mashed potatoes. It was all a mess. He did apologize though but we were not compensated in any way. I dont know if the cook was at fault or the server but I know it was not our fault thats for sure. It was my treat and we also had drinks and desserts to go. The bill was almost $200 and although the mix up was a mess I still tipped him $30 cash because the food was good. We where very disappointed with the service we received.

OutBack Steakhouse exceeded all my expectations! The food was absolutely phenomenal—perfectly cooked steaks, flavorful sides, and a dessert that was the perfect sweet ending to an incredible meal.
The service was just as impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making sure we had everything we needed without feeling rushed. Our server had great recommendations and truly enhanced our dining experience.

I would not recommend going to this Outback location. I ordered a fillet. The fillet was undercooked my potato had very long, dark hair embedded in the potato. We tried to get our waiter to come back to the table but he took a very long time. We ended up having to flag somebody else down and ask for a manager. The manager told us she would comp our meal which is the right thing to do. I got a new meal. When we receive the bill, it was incorrect. We were charged the full price for two meals . Our waiter had charged us for two meals, then comped one then reversed the comp. We pointed this out to the waiter, and he proceeded to question if we were promised a comped meal? Seriously I’m going to pay for food that had hair in it not to mention that I had to eat much later than my husband. He was completely finished with his meal by the time I got mine. It was almost as if the waiter had comped it then recharged it again to see if we would catch it. Thinking back one year We ate at the same location on Sahara and had something had also . We paid for our meal, went out to the parking lot and realized they never gave us our credit card back. You probably asked why we keep going here? Well, once a year we get a gift card for Outback from a business that we deal with. I know I won’t go here again lesson learned. Also please check your bill at the end of your meal.
