It has been a long time since I visited this location. It was one of the first places I went for sushi when I moved here 6 years ago.My girlfriend & I decided to check it out yesterday as we were at a local business in the same plaza.As a plant based/vegan, the menu didn’t have as many options as I had hoped (the first time I came here I ate all types of sushi & remember it was delicious). The sushi chef was so helpful & even suggested making their super veggie roll deep fried. It was AMAZING! Lastly, I ordered the Agadashi tofu. It needed to be cooked more but I loved the presentation they provided.We sat at the bar. I ordered a couple veggie hand rolls, several veggie sushi rolls, & a couple of the super veggie deep fried rolls. I even tried the cucumber salad they have on the menu. I highly recommend it. It’s the first time i had cucumber salad shredded. It was really tasty & had a great presentation!Overall, i would go back because of the level of service I received from the hostess, our server, & the sushi chef. Everyone was great & what I ordered specifically was delicious & extremely fresh.sidebar: my girlfriend ordered a few salmon dishes & a sushi roll that was wrapped in tuna (no rice) that looked & tasted (she said) amazing.Thanks Oyshi Sushi! We live closer to the Strip on Sahara, but years ago on Valentine's Day, couldn't get an open table anywhere near us so we started driving west on Sahara until we could find a place that would take us for a Valentine's night dinner. Really got lucky we found Oyshi! It's become a local favorite for us. Great people and fast service, terrific menu choices and specials, and very fresh fish and imaginative rolls. AYCE price and choices are a great value too.Seems we once in awhile get seated near a crying baby more than most other places, but that's the worst thing we could say about them, and that's pretty infrequent at worst.Oyshi is definitely a winner.

We had high hopes for your place after reading the reviews. Service was good and the spicy garlic edemame was delicious. That's were it ended. The rest of the ayce sushi was barely edible. We will not be back.

Just now, my family went there and came back. We used to go there often because the food was delicious, but today, due to the service of one employee(a man), our entire family left feeling upset.For instance, our orders wasn’t served correctly, and we had to keep repeating it.Also, when we ordered the second round of Soju, the cap of the bottle was already opened, and the quantity was less.When we asked why the cap was open, he did just open.And when we questioned why the amount of Soju was less, he claimed it was the original quantity from the factory.The first Soju we ordered came perfectly fine. It seemed strange, but we endured it.However, every time our table was taken orders, he had a stiff expression, and the food didn’t arrive until we kept requesting.In the end, another staff(woman) came and took our order. Actually she was good.I don’t understand. Why were we treated like that?Because of that, the mood of my family was ruined.I don’t plan to go there again!!

Had high hopes for this restaurant, but the service fell short with slow and inattentive waitstaff. The rice on the nigiri was disappointingly dry, cold, and crunchy. Despite informing the waiter, the resolution offered by the manager was only a $4 discount, leaving us dissatisfied. Overall, a disappointing experience – would not recommend.
