We had a 5:30 reservation and they sat us right on time. The table was dirty and we had to ask the hostess to clean it as there was food stuck to it and it was greasy and sticky. We waited about 15 minutes before our waiter came over. It appeared that he was working by himself or with very little help. He was very friendly but I think a bit underwater. We ordered 2 appetizers, beverages and a cocktail. One appetizer came out along with the two nonalcoholic drinks. We finished the appetizer and still no cocktail. And still no second appetizer. Cocktail finally showed up and so did the second appetizer everything was pretty well good. Our entrées arrived but our soups did not. We had to ask for them and they arrived mid entrée. Again I think they were poorly staffed. I was sitting on a bench/Booth type seat and behind my head on the wall was dried food and the wall panel was full of greasy fingerprints. This restaurant has great potential if they would just put some time and effort into the staffing and also the cleanliness of their facility. Even though the food was all very good I have to wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen based on what I saw at the front of the house.

The food was delicious and the food server tried very hard to keep up with the incompetence of the kitchen, but the appetizers came out slow and then we're cold. Had to be sent back. The meal was poorly timed and it took about 45 minutes for it to arrive to the table, the restaurant was only 25% full. Our food server had to make our cocktails because the bartenders both of them who only had about five people to Bar seem to not wanna be bothered with making drinks.

The Town Square location is great because you can shop and walk around and then have lunch or dinner without having to drive any where else. Food is always delicious!

The only down rating I gave was for ambiance. The restaurant was empty. But we were seated in the bar area, at a two top along the wall, adjacent to the staff access to the kitchen. So there was constant traffic in the aisle beside our table. Along with the natural hubbub of the waitstaff as they came and went and exchanged conversation. This detracted greatly from our enjoyment of this otherwise nice restaurant and location.

Cleanliness is most important. The bathrooms are deplorable. Restaurant floors sticky and dusty corners too. Needs a good clean all over and fix what's broken. I'll go to Panda Express where I see kitchen!

food was great as usual. service wasn't so good. bartender waited on others before us. he took our drink order and then our food order. we had to ask for napkins. we got cocktail napkins. then they brought an appetizer and no utensils. when we got the utensils it didn't include the cloth napkin usually wrapped around the utensils. when we asked for one he said they were out. suddenly we got one and then another. when we asked the server that delivered the appetizer to the bar for soy sauce it never came. we had to ask someone else. very unorganized. i don't usually give negative reviews but i think this guy needs training. i'll be back but i wanted someone to know about this.
