Overall, disappointing. Our reservation was at 8:30 pm. We arrived at 8:05 and the restaurant was definitely not busy. Still had to wait for our table... sat at the bar while waiting and it was dirty. Had to ask bartender to clean. On the way to our table, there were many unoccupied tables that had not been bussed or cleaned. Dirty floors as well. Very off putting. Food was not as good as I remembered.

Although we did have a reservation, they were behind with tables so we decided to sit at the bar to eat. The bar area was completely empty. The bartenders were friendly and very accommodating. As always the food was amazing.

I went there on the 18th of November my bill came out to a little over $80. I called in for a pick up. I waited a little while just in case it wasn’t ready and then I went to go pick it up when I got there. It wasn’t ready then when they finally came out with my food, I got home. I had ordered the Mongolian beef, lettuce, wraps, pad, Thai chicken, spicy dumplings and chocolate cake. The Mongolian beef was dried out the lettuce wrapped chicken with like a little pebbles hard as a rock pad Thai noodles with chicken in it. The chicken was hard. I called and spoke to a guy asked him if he was a manager. He said he was he was Hispanic. He said he would look into it and call me back, which he never did. I feel like the quality of food here has gone down significantly. The customer service has gone down significantly when I called in to speak to the manager a Hispanic woman answered the phone. I asked her if I can speak to the manager and she questioned me as to why I said because I have a complaint that’s why and she said oh hold on, but her accent was so thick. It’s a her second to even grasp what I was trying to say to her. I’m never going there again. That was a waste of money that night.

Stared at the empty table we were eventually seated at for 1-1/2 hours, only to be served average food by rude waiter. Better meal and service at the mall food court.

We sat around 11:30 and the restaurant was quite empty. A woman greeted us, and I noticed she had on a blue bandaid on her finger. She took our drinks and brought them and I asked for a minute to look over the menu. We waited and waited and waited and she never came back. I had to flag down another server and he got us a new one. We never saw the original one again.
I asked to speak to a manger as we now had our food along with a table nearby that got theirs, and they had entered the restaurant 30 mins after us. I had received a text, so I knew the exact time we sat.
I asked to speak to a manager and informed us our original server had cut her finger badly and that why she just disappeared for 20 mins. But this is not correct because when she originally greeted us, she was bandaged.
The manager said they should have alerted us when it happened and got us another server. No shit. We sat for 20 mins before we ordered and waited a long time for food to arrive.
When the bill came, I expected to have her comp the app or something. I’ve worked as a server in many restaurants. This is pretty standard. Nothing was comped. The original server never came back.
Wasn't the best PF Chang experience. Food was ok but it's easy to make ok Chinese food. I expect knock me off my socks for the price. My friend and I shared Mongolian beef and Kung Pao chicken with pork potstickers. Like I said, it was just ok. I ordered a margarita. It was fine. But I had to ask for it three times and finally got it after the food arrived. Service was not great. In the end, it's Vegas and I don't expect great anything in this town. So I wasn't disappointed but hope my review helps the management of this restaurant improve.

It's PF Chang, you pretty much know what you are getting. Probably not the most authentic but it's delicious enough that it's not a huge concern. Great service, good food, and drinks.
Our waiter was great and even offered suggestions that worked out for our needs.
