The only down rating I gave was for ambiance. The restaurant was empty. But we were seated in the bar area, at a two top along the wall, adjacent to the staff access to the kitchen. So there was constant traffic in the aisle beside our table. Along with the natural hubbub of the waitstaff as they came and went and exchanged conversation. This detracted greatly from our enjoyment of this otherwise nice restaurant and location.
food was great as usual. service wasn't so good. bartender waited on others before us. he took our drink order and then our food order. we had to ask for napkins. we got cocktail napkins. then they brought an appetizer and no utensils. when we got the utensils it didn't include the cloth napkin usually wrapped around the utensils. when we asked for one he said they were out. suddenly we got one and then another. when we asked the server that delivered the appetizer to...
We recently had lunch there, loved it. The food was great and Arturo was an excellent server, so accommodating and friendly. He made the lunch extra special. Would definitely return to this location. ?
