So freaking good! Got in our hotel late and couldn't find anyone that delivers to this hotel. Called the front desk and they recommended this place. Ordered a massive pizza, a massive cheese breadstick and mozzarella sticks. $58, definitely not complaining. Enough food to feed 6 people and have left overs. The food was incredible too. Authentic pizza with great flavor. Highly recommend!

Do not order from here, food is freezer isle at the grocery store quality, even for its price I’d rather go for fast food or the hotel food court. Plus we waited well over an hour and a half for our food while we were less than 10 minutes from there building and were told it would only be 45 minutes.

Found the menu under our hotel room door. Ordered Stromboli, salads and chicken Alfredo.Food arrived pretty quickly. The salads were great loved the bread that came with them. Stromboli was huge and delicious could easily have been shared by 2 or 3 people.Chicken Alfredo was not impressive.Prices were reasonable, portions huge.

Wish there website worked and they have no phone number online to call and order. Please fix your website and add your number online! There pizza is fantastic and quality made. Just wish I could order over the phone instead of walking in! Highly recommend!

Garbage pizza ...terrible staff...prices way out of whack. Would definitely suggest NOT eating here unless diarrhea is what you have in mind . Sketchy advertisements , typical D- pizza that is only good if your absolutely starving and every other place is closed

Spent $150 on 3 pizzas + 50 wings… wings had were extremely dry with no sauce at all on them. The pizza had way too much grease so the slices were soggy. I will NEVER Go here again! Would give 0 stars if possible

Ordered 2 cold ham/cheese sandwich with fries. Sandwich was mediocre at best. Mostly bread and one VERY thin slice of ham. Meals were priced at $10.99 each but bill was $36+! Delivery fee that goes to the owner, not the driver! The place was less than 2 miles from hotel. Driver was very nice, owner is greedy! Just not worth the money.
The wings had no hot sauce and they were super small. Pizza was cold. Took over an hour for delivery on a Monday afternoon. The driver was insinuating he should get a $30 tip on a $35 order. Terrible experience

2 hour wait for our pizza to get to our hotel the driver didn't even come inside we had to wait for him to arrive in his car pizza was barely warm. We didn't even receive a receipt. We called for over an hour asking where it was n the guy on the phone could barely speak English. N kept telling us for over that hour. Our drive be here in 5 mins n he hasn't came until we literally got a text saying he's at the hotel. Not even inside the building. N arguing where he was outside the hotel talking over my partner on the phone. We had to cancel our time at a mini golf course cuz they closed at 11pm when we ordered our pizza at 930pm this was not okay one bit. Want to talk to the owner.

This your corner spot for quick eats. They do a lot of things so if your picky; pasta, sandwiches, BURGERS?, and of course pizza. Open late night and a nice chef. Portions are sharing size too.

I don't even want to give these guys 1 star. Visiting from out of town they slipped a menu under my hotel door. I should have trusted my gut. They are the same company as boss pizza. It's taken over 2.5 hours and my food still has not come. I called Palermo and found out that when I called the lady on the phone transferred me to Boss Pizza. How would I ever know that? When I called to find out where my order is because I have 2 starving children, they told me to call over there. I tried calling Boss PIzza and no answer. I called Palermo and they kept putting me on hold. Finally the driver called and said he was on his way. My food still isn't here and will likely be cold. I'd recommend not ordering from either of these places.

This company is a hoax and did not get our order after paying tuis is not right why do you have to take advantage on people that are fair and just. This os our first and last to order. The Indian who took the order was the rudest, meanest and the most disrespectful cashier we have dealt ever. When we called to follow up this moron told us that the delivery driver was here in the hotel and that he was waiting. This guy's instructions was ""TO WAIT FOR A CALL FROM A DELIVERY DRIVER TO MEET UP TO WHERE WE CAN PICK UP" we did not get any calls from anyone and this cashier called us and gave the delivery drivers mobile number. Also, this cashier told us he was just a cashier and has nothing to do with deliveries (this is bad customer service and I hope the owners can view this issue). We called this driver and was the same attitude with the cashier from PALERMO VERY RUDE!!!!! He threatened us saying when we spoke "are you still picking up your food????!!!! In the first place he did not call us that he was here as per the instructions of that moron cashier and learned that this driver was on the other side of the hotel, considering the fact they took our room number. (We got their fliers inside our room and it was slid underneath the front door. This is the worst I have ever experienced and definitely will be the last for this company.I always believed that ot will take time or even years and decades to get a customer and will only takes ONE SECOND TO LOOSE ONE!!!!!!!!!! I WILL RATE THIS HOAX COMPANY NEGATIVE TRILLION ZEO, LOVE, NIL, BUTATA, UBOD NG BULOK.....
