Best dim sum in town! Creative and top ingredients, exceptional service and beautiful dining room
As an Asian who has been to Hong Kong before, I can say this restaurant feels authentic and delightful.

I made a special trip to try the famous duck, and I was not disappointed. Before you take your seat, you don't have to wait too long at the registration waiting area at the door because you have already reserved your seat online.

Got food poisoning here with my dad
First place I hit once i got in to Vegas. First time here after watching all the videos by Danny the Medic on youtube. I was a little underwhelmed. Presentation was nice, just a new take on traditional items. Some worked, others didnt. The abalone dumplings worked, the lobster hargow not so much. I tasted the pippette contents and it was not like a hammer to the face, more like a finger snap. Prices are higher than normal. I still recommend the place for its uniqueness and new take on stuff

Would not recommend. Made a reservation for my family of 9 visiting from California. The reservation was made a week or so before the date of our arrival. We arrived on time but the parking lot was packed so we had to wait for parking. As soon as we got in 11 minutes later we were told our reservation had been given away and that the 10 minute grace period had passed. We were offered a bar height table but we had children. So we left and went to Orchid Dim sum. Much better! Palette is not a traditional Dim Sum it seems anyway. Most of it is served a la carte to the table instead of the authentic rolling carts that come by. Won't recommend and will never return to Palette

Took my daughter for her 18th Birthday and it was amazing!!! Everything we ordered was delicious! Our server Umut was so helpful in explaining all the different Dim Sum and desserts. The hostess Veronica was so lovely and answered my daughter’s questions with a smile. Umut heard we were there for my daughter’s Bday and got the whole staff together to sing for her and brought a chocolate fondue that was to die for! Can’t say enough nice things about the food, service and atmosphere! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a memorable meal!

⚠️ RUDE SERVICE & EARLY CLOSING ⚠️
Visited 2:20 PM (40 mins before posted closing) - Hostess rudely dismissed us with “kitchen’s closed” without explanation or alternative times. For a premium Vegas dining spot, the complete lack of hospitality was shocking.
Pros: None experienced
Cons: • Zero customer service • Closes earlier than posted hours • Staff unwilling to provide basic information • Dismissive attitude
If you’re spending Vegas prices, go somewhere that actually values customers. Multiple better options nearby.

This restaurant is worthy of a Michelin star. The food was not only delicious but very well presented. We came here for dinner several times already and ordered the same food and we were never disappointed. The Peking duck was always a winner and so was the crispy noodles with exotic seafood. I don't even like durian but I like the way the durian puff was prepared not to mention its cute presentation. The durian mousse was not too sweet and overpowering and the pastry was flaky and light. The service was great. Staff was always attentive to our needs and very knowledgeable. Love the idea of how their tea was served in a heated teapot.
Finally, the restaurant is beautifully decorated inside. You just have to try and see it yourself.
