Decent dim sum and dumpling options. Flavours were good generally. Chicken dim sum dish was fun. I would say they are a little pricey for what they offer. Overall, I would recommend if you’re in the mood for dim sum. Service was polite and friendly.

Pork Soup Dumplings with Vinegar Caviar is highly recommended. Also Pork & Shrimp Siu Mai and Pan Seared Black Pepper
Beef Bao Bun were delicious.

The aesthetics is very nice contemporary looking. The service is very good and attentive although the items i ordered took unreasonably longer to serve. The place was not busy when i visited on a Monday afternoon.

The selection was awesome. The green beans & walnut prawns amazing!! Surprise was the radish, forget what it was called but, try everything at least once! You never know what you're missing!

I decided to have my wedding reception here on 10/25/25, and I can’t recommend Palette Tea Lounge & Dim Sum enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless. Michael, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with — friendly, accommodating, and truly knowledgeable about what he does. He made the planning process effortless, and I felt completely confident putting my trust in him and his team.

Our reception turned out perfectly. Everything exceeded our expectations — the staff were attentive, kind, and professional, and the food and drinks were immaculate. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful and enjoyable the evening was.

I’m so grateful to Michael and his amazing staff for helping make our special day unforgettable. I can’t wait to work with them again in the future!

Palette Tea Lounge is truly a hidden gem that has quickly become a family favorite, and it deserves all the praise a repeat customer can give. Stepping inside, you're greeted by a clean, modern vibe with beautiful nods to tradition, all set with ample lighting to set the mood for a fantastic meal. The experience is elevated by the excellent wait staff who are incredibly fast and tend to your every need without being intrusive, making every visit a pleasure. Their take on dim sum is incredibly delicious—all the classics are there, made to order, but refreshingly without the rolling carts. Every dish is a work of art, as the presentation is great, adding to the overall refined dining experience.

The food, however, is the star of the show. Specifically, the duck fried rice and the crispy soft shell crab are fantastic and are non-negotiable family favorites every single time we visit. It's clear that more and more people are discovering it, so it can get packed, which is why reservations are definitely recommended. Boldly put, Palette Tea Lounge is easily one of the best dim sum restaurants—and genuinely one of the best Chinese restaurants—in all of Chinatown, and I'll go so far as to say in all of Las Vegas. This place has earned our loyalty and love, and we look forward to many more meals there.

The service is good but the food is not authentic. I’m visiting from SF, the food in that restaurant is authentic but food in this location seems like frozen and packaged dim sum and not really freshly made.

I love this place! The food is authentic and delicious with pleasing presentation. The staff are attentive and thoughtful! Someone from our party accidentally left their trunk open with lots of luggage. The restaurant staff asked every table to identify the owner of the car. When my friend went out to the car, he found that a staff member was waiting there to make sure no one took anything. We were so impressed by this! Thank you, Palette, for a wonderful experience every time!

Value incredible customer service amazing. Jay was extremely attentive and the cooks made amazing food. If you knew Joyful House, this is the new spot since 2022. Amazing place the food is very similar, if not better. 10/10 experience highly recommend

Looks like I found my fave dim sum spot in Vegas. Some places taste like they have gotten them frozen from the store and steamed them, this place tho truly taste like they were made from scratch in the kitchen. I couldn’t get full enough because each dish was so yummy. Love the service too, first time being served by non Chinese . Love the ambience. Highly recommend…. Like highly. 🙏✨
