The food is pretty good and the coffee was yummy. It fit the bill for breakfast. I wish the tables had been cleaned as they were all dirty.
Good tasting danish pastry and cake lemon ricotta slice. Spanish Latte was a bit too sweet for my liking. There can be a long queue line in the morning so be ready. Sometimes you’ll miss hearing your number being shouted, so be alert and keep on the look out. The veranda area over looking the Bellagio pools seems like the best spot to enjoy a cup of coffee.
Fantastic place to get coffee.
Convenient coffee shop serving breakfast plates and to-go pastries and sandwiches. The outdoor patio overseeing the pool is quite nice. The line is as long as you can expect it (you’re at the Bellagio after all) so make sure you get there before 7am if you don’t want to wait for your coffee.
Cutest cafe vibe in Bellagio. Loved the coffee and croissant
We had a cappuccino and a latte. Terrible coffee. Definitely not Italian and for $25 I think it should be alot better!
I got regular coffee with cream and sugar. Coffee was good
The coffee and pastries are nice, generally standard cafe quality service, best part is the atmosphere, if you go out the side door there is a nice outdoor seating area with a pleasant view. The real gem is the little birds who hang out on the patio waiting for little pieces of bread. Love the birds.
The Americano was really good. The breakfast wrap was decent. Service was great.
Fear and Loathing at Breakfast: A Review of Palio, Bellagio Casino
The morning sun sliced through the Las Vegas haze like a butcher’s cleaver, and there I was, dragging my weary carcass into Palio at the Bellagio, seeking salvation in the form of caffeine and baked goods. This was no ordinary breakfast joint—oh no. This was a temple to the art of overindulgence, a shrine where espresso flowed like nectar and pastries gleamed with a sinful allure.
The first thing that hit me was the smell—dark, roasted coffee beans mingling with the sweet musk of croissants. My synapses fired in protest, still reeling from the previous night’s excesses, but my soul stirred. The line moved with military precision, an assembly line of tourists and gamblers, each chasing their own version of morning redemption.
I ordered a latte and a spinach-and-egg white croissant, hoping for sustenance but expecting little. What arrived was nothing short of divine intervention. The croissant flaked with each bite, a buttery avalanche of texture and taste, while the latte was a perfect storm of boldness and cream.
Palio isn’t just a café—it’s a war room for the battle against Vegas-induced decay. It’s a place where the weary find hope and the hopeless find espresso. Highly recommended for the brave, the hungry, and the hungover.

Cute little spot, but pretty mediocre. Service is slow and awkward. Coffee and food is just okay.
Great service, I recommend it, it was a slow attention we’ve been in the line for 40 minutes but it worth it. We ordered a avocado toast, breakfast croissant and two lattes, delicious. The only thing I think it might get better is the menu screens, the eyes are tired in Vegas 😂 I am young and it was difficult to me to read the letter on the screen 😊
Beware here as menu prices don’t match what you’ll be charged, carefully review your receipt unless you want to give MGM a donation.
Confused service - so so quality -they need to hire more capable people -
The best Java and butter croissant
